3 Welcome Centerplate Catering welcomes you and your guests to the 2010 season at PGE Park, home of the Portland Timbers of the USL 1st Division and Portland Beavers of the Pacific Coast League. Our goal is to provide Craveable Experiences, Raveable Results to make sure every game is a memorable one not just on the field, but in your suite as well. We ve customized an extensive menu just for PGE Park with original recipe appetizers, tempting hot entrees and indulgent desserts. Top name soft drinks, wines and spirits will accompany your meals. 26 INFORMATION22 General Information Food and Beverage Ordering To ensure the best quality, presentation, and service, we ask that all of your orders be placed by 12:00 p.m. at least two (2) business days prior to your event. Orders can be place by phone at or can be faxed to Orders can also be placed online at Equipment All supplies, such as cups, utensils, napkins, and bottle openers will be provided for each suite. Please keep your supplies in the same location to help inventory and replenishment. Security enterplate cannot be held responsible for items left unattended in the suite. Please secure your belongings. Payment Policy Centerplate accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discovery. All suite holders will receive a computer generated guest check before the conclusion of each event. We require that all guest checks be settled at that time. Guests not authorized on the Suite Authorization charge list will be responsible for all food and beverage charges incurred during the event. All billings will include an 18% service charge. Any gratuities for exceptional service are entirely at you discretion. Special Event Catering Our Centerplate catering staff will work with you to provide all of your food and beverage needs. From fun stadium fare right from the concession stands, continental breakfast and lunch buffets to elegant dinner service, we provide solutions to your event needs.

27 General Information Be a Team Player Drink Responsibly PGE Park and Centerplate are proud to promote both enjoyment and safety for our clients and their guests. Therefore, we ask that you please refrain from drinking and driving. We appreciate your efforts to keep Portland s PGE Park an exciting and safe venue for everyone. To maintain compliance with the rules and regulations set forth by the following: It is the responsibility of the suite holder or their representative to monitor and control alcoholic consumption within the suite. Minors (those under age 21), by law, are not permitted to consume alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic beverages cannot be brought into or taken out of the stadium. It is unlawful to serve alcoholic beverages to an intoxicated person. Suite attendees are not permitted to take bottles outside of the designed suite area. Drinks taken out must be poured into a disposable cup. Suite attendants are available to you, as a requested service, to monitor and serve alcohol within your suite. Please do not place any cans or bottles on the outdoor railing. Suite Staffing PGE Park Suites are staffed with suite attendants to ensure your satisfaction. It is their responsibility to ensure that your orders are delivered correctly and to replenish items you may need during the event.
