When Bob and Nikki (our parents) first opened the doors to our shop in 2006, they did so to run an establishment that would provide excellent coffee and sandwiches made with the highest quality ingredients. They stuck to this aim and we rapidly became the byword for Marlborough's discerning coffee drinkers. The best part is that people now visit us for many reasons. They fly through for a croissant and coffee at breakfast, a delicious sandwich at lunchtime or fresh scones with their afternoon tea. We're licensed to sell alcohol and offer single-serve bottles of red, white, rosé wine and a refreshing Prosecco, a bottled lager and a bottled cider. We want you to enjoy your visit. Buy a bag and enjoy great tasting coffee at home. It s a subtle blend of Central American and East African beans, roasted to our exact specifications. When we opened The Food Gallery in 2006 we developed our bespoke blend. It took over 6 months of careful tasting, refining and roasting until we were happy with it. Only then did we open for business. We continue to use this blend today. Bags of our beans, or bags of ground beans (for a cafetière/filter) are on the shelves opposite the front door.
