The following pages give you an overview of our core options, so start there and then let your imagination take you to where you want to be. TRAY PASS BUFFETS Have our service staff float through your crowd with trays of bite-sized deliciousness. Sometimes it s easier if the guests can simply help themselves. Our buffets come in all sizes and yes we ve fed small armies:) COURSED DINNERS PLATTERS LIVE ACTIVATIONS DEGUSTATIONS When you have a party of 12 or more and you want to celebrate with the perfect dinner, our Coursed Dinner experience is the perfect solution. Want to add some culinary excitement to the event? Add a chef preparing meals on the spot for your guests. The best way to add some delicious fare to a reception, buffet, or even coursed dinner is through one of our many platters. For the true VIP dining experience, ask us about our degustations, where we create a multi-course dining experience and pair each course with the perfect match of wine, beer, or cocktail.

Our platters are designed for up to 18 guests to share. CRUDITÉS A colorful array of fresh farmers market vegetables and house-made dressings for dipping. $70 PIZZA Our pizza platter comes with two of each style of pizza including the Margherita, Carando Pepperoni, Besto Pesto, BBQ Chicken and Spicy Sausage. $100 CHEESE BOARD Our Chef s selection of artisanal cheeses, including Burrata, Aged Cheddar, Goat Cheese, Gruyere, Havarti, Parmesan. 8 BUFFETS Our buffet is a great way to provide large parties with a full meal without having to organize a coursed dinner. Buffets are available for private parties of 20 guests or more, meeting all food, beverage, and room rental minimum requirements.
