2 GUCKENHEIMER S CULINARY PHILOSOPHY Nourishing Inspiration At Guckenheimer, our culinary philosophy is simple. Our Chefs begin by sourcing high-quality, fresh ingredients and prepare them by employing healthful cooking techniques in order to create delicious, balanced and nourishing meals. Grass-fed, free-range, sustainably raised and hormone-free lean proteins and dairy, whole grains and legumes, nuts and seeds, heart healthy oils and fresh, local produce are staple ingredients used to inspire this Catering menu. Our fresh, prepared from scratch approach allows our Chefs the ability to create dynamic, crowd-pleasing dishes, where even our more indulgent choices are void of excess salt, sugar and fat, preservatives and artificial ingredients. This translates as delicious menu offerings, which support wellbeing and sustainable high performance, fostering creativity and focus for inspired, high-energy meetings. Our Menu Key Nutrition information is provided for many items. Certain items do not have nutrition to allow the chefs to create variations, allowing for seasonality and creativity. Positioned prominently in all menu categories, BLC options reflect the most nutritious options on the menu. BLC: provides the proper nutritional balance for sustained energy and focus. 17 PLACING YOUR CATERING ORDER 1 Look through the menu and determine what you would like or you can call for assistance. 2 Book your room/venue. 3 Submit your order and be sure that you get a confirmation. We will take care of the rest. LAST MINUTE ORDERS: Sometimes your boss surprises you with a last minute order. Let us help you figure it out. Call and we can work together to make this last minute event a success. CATERING AND EVENTS GUIDELINES LEAD TIME Catering orders should be placed as far ahead as possible with a minimum of 24 hours in advance for cold catering and 48 hours for hot catering. Requests received under the minimum guidelines will be delivered at our earliest time slot available. Please note that items ordered under the minimum time frame may be subject to menu changes based on availability. PICK-UPS In the interest of the environment and cost containment, we request that all equipment and supplies delivered to meetings be left in the room. Please call to notify us of any equipment that has been moved to another location. If we are unable to pick up the items at the new location, we ask that you place all catering equipment in the coffee station nearest you. Equipment that is not returned may be charged to you. 16
