10 Catering and Events Guidelines Lead Time Catering orders should be placed as far ahead as possible with a minimum of 24 hours in advance for breakfast and lunch. Requests received after 2:30 pm may be delivered within a 45 minute window from your requested time of delivery due to the established delivery schedule for that day. Pick-Ups In the interest of the environment and cost containment, we request that all equipment and supplies delivered to meetings be left in the room. Please call to notify us of any equipment that has been moved to another location. If we are unable to pick up the items at the new location we ask that you place all catering equipment in the coffee station nearest you. Equipment that is not returned may be charged to your department code. Additional Services We at your Catering department are happy to provide you with any additional services you may need. Wait-Staff, Balloons, Flower Arrangements, Decorations, Custom Linens and China, Venue Rental and Entertainment! All can be arranged for your gathering. Call the Catering Director for more information. Ordering Information Lead Time A special handling fee of $20.00 will apply to the following: Catering requests received after 2:30pm the day prior to delivery, same day orders and same day customer requests that require additional delivery.
