CATERING POLICIES STAFFING A Catering Supervisor is available as necessary to meet with the client and event coordinator to assist in planning food and beverage functions and cost estimates.

14 CATERING POLICIES STAFFING A Catering Supervisor is available as necessary to meet with the client and event coordinator to assist in planning food and beverage functions and cost estimates. Appropriate staffing and supervision will be assigned to each catering event. All events during normal business hours include complete set up, food delivery and clean up at no extra charge. WEEKEND OR NIGHTLY EVENT LABOR CHARGES Please speak with our General Manager or Catering Supervisor regarding labor charges for events outside of the normal operating time. Any events that continue or occur past 4:00 p.m. on weekdays or anytime on weekends or holidays, are billed at special event catering rates. GENERAL POLICIES AND GUIDELINES PLACING ORDERS Please place your order online. This ensures that we receive all details of your order and you will receive an confirmation of your order. Your Catering Supervisor is available to answer any questions you may have regarding your order. Catering orders should be placed as far ahead as possible, with a minimum of 24 hours in advance for breakfast and lunch. We cannot guarantee the availability of all items or ingredients for orders placed with less than 24 hours notice. For hot lunches and more elaborate events, 2 days minimum advance notice is requested. We will accommodate all late orders to the best of our ability. A $25 late charge may apply for any orders placed with less than 24 hours notice. When making last minute changes or orders, please do not use the on line ordering system; call our Catering Supervisor directly for any last minute orders or changes. PICK-UPS All caterings come with tablecloths and the necessary utensils for your event. In the interest of the environment and cost containment, we request that all equipment and supplies delivered to meetings be left in the room. If it is necessary to move any equipment to another location, please call the Catering supervisor to notify us of any changes. If we are unable to find or pick up equipment, it may be charged to your department. ADDITIONAL SERVICES We would be happy to provide you with any additional services that you may need. Wait-staff, balloons, flower arrangements, decorations, custom linens and china, venue rental and entertainment! All can be arranged for your gathering. Call the Catering Supervisor for more information. CANCELLATIONS Please notify the Catering Supervisor of any cancellations no later than 2:00 p.m. the business day prior to the date of your scheduled event to avoid any charges. OTHER CHARGES 7.0% Pennsylvania state sales tax will be added to all invoices. 12
