4 THE BIG RED BARN TERMS & CONDITIONS Any décor that poses a danger or inconvenience to other guests will be removed. NO nails, thumb tacks, sticky tape, prestick, sellotape, duct tape allowed on any furniture or fittings. No additional seating, gazebo's, umbrella's or furniture allowed. NO barriers or cordoning off of any area is permitted. NO cooler bags/boxes allowed. An ice bucket with ice can be supplied at a cost of R20 per bucket to keep drinks cool. NO flasks or urns allowed. Hot beverages to be ordered from the restaurant. NO food or beverages other than the Birthday cake and goody bags are allowed. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES - As we do not have a liquor license you are welcome to bring your own together with the relevant glassware. Ice, mixes (soda's, waters & juices) are to be purchased from our restaurant. ACROBRANCH TERMS & CONDITIONS Refunds, Date change or Cancellation 7 days prior to the date of the event at no cost. Less than 7 days cancellation, deposit is kept, but possibility to change the date up to 3 days prior to the event. Prices are inclusive of VAT. In case of Rain or unfavourable weather conditions before the beginning of the session, or during the first hour of the session, another date can be selected without penalties. If that happens after 1h00 of activity, no refund nor rescheduling will be applicable. No refunds after harnessing. If more persons than announced arrive for a booking, Acrobranch has the right to refuse to accommodate the additional people.

11 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS CHILDREN'S PARTIES INFO No braai's (Wood/Gas/Charcoal) are allowed on the property. The Big Red Barn has a braai menu available for private functions. Can we provide our own "refreshments"? The Big Red Barn has a fully functional restaurant that can cater for a wide variety of tastes and budgets. We do allow party packs and birthday cakes for children's parties. As we do not have a liquor license as yet you are welcome to bring ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES together with the relevant glassware. Ice, mixes (soda's, waters & juices) are to be purchased from our restaurant. Can we bring a gazebo, umbrella and seating? The Big Red Barn has ample seating available for all events. An 8 seater table can be reserved for 3 R160. No need to reserve a table if you are just popping in for a refreshment from our restaurant. Can we bring our own drinks and snacks? NO food or beverages are allowed to be brought onto the property with the exception of Birthday cakes, goody bags and alcoholic beverages. All other food and beverages are to be purchased from our restaurant. Can we put up banners and decorations for a children's party? Your are welcome to decorate our Sheds for your children's party. No nails or staples allowed! No prestick on any brickwork. Please remove all the sticky stuff when you clear the Shed. Should you have reserved a table inside the Acrobranch forest or Kids Zone please be cognisant of other guests in the vicinity. No walkways or thoroughfares are to be blocked or cordoned off. The Big Red Barn reserves the right to move/remove any items that are causing obstructions. Can I bring a kettle/urn/microwave/bar fridge? No electrical/gas appliances are allowed. Can we braai?
