1 HTC - Brooklyn Park & Eden Prairie Internal Catering Menu Welcome to Fat Chance Food Service We are proud to serve Hennepin Technical College. Fat Chance Restaurant is located in Brooklyn Park and opened in June of The owners are Ben and Renay Dossman who have over 40 years of food experience. We are excited about the opportunity to serve. Fat Chance restaurant was in the finals for Best of Suburban Eats we look forward to having you enjoy the Fat Chance Experience. We pride ourselves on our customer service. We will make it Right! In regards to the catering menu, we kept the menu similar to Lancer so that we could learn what you like and what we need to improve upon. However, you will see a few signature Fat Chance items for you to enjoy. As we learn we will adjust and modify the menu. If you have a special request, budget limitation, Let us know! We will do our best to accommodate. We want you to enjoy your events and meetings. Please leave the stress of cooking to us. We are delighted to serve for breakfast, lunch, dinner or even just snacks and look forward to working with you. Policies and Procedures for Pick-up and Drop-off Catering Menus The following guidelines are designed to assist Hennepin Technical College faculty and staff with internal catering and food service needs. Policies and Procedures We are pleased to provide a wide range of food and beverage options. We request that all catering menu orders be placed at least 72 hours prior to your event to ensure we have the necessary items needed. If you are unable to give us 72 hour notice we will be happy to provide you with catering service but we may need to substitute some items due to availability. Pick-up and Delivery$ Fat Chance Catering will be happy to deliver all necessary items for your event within the campus. No minimum required. There will be a delivery charged assessed if we are doing off campus catering. All items will be served on high quality single service dinnerware. Any additional staffing that is required will be billed at $25.00/hour per staff based on a two hour minimum.
