The remainder must be made up in food costs. For events longer than two hours and/or do not start at our typical serving times, the minimum cost may change. Minimum is subject to change based on location, end times, additional hours, additional guests, etc. Prices and minimums are subject to change at any time. Additional Charges Cancellation Policy $350 truck fee in-town Out-of-town truck fee depends on distance Sales Tax Travel Fees (if applicable) 15% Gratuity on all Catering 60 or more days prior to the event date and the full deposit will be refunded to the client 30 to 59 days prior to the event and half of the deposit will be refunded. 7 to 29 days prior to the event and the full deposit will be retained by Roti Rolls 6 days or less prior to the event and the full amount of the event will be owed to Roti Rolls Deposit A $350 deposit is required at time of booking for us to save the date on our calendar Permits/Insurance Client is responsible for all permits necessary for their event location if located outside of Charleston County Additional insurance beyond $1 million coverage per incident is available for purchase. Payments Accepted Cashier/Personal Check (at least ten business days prior): there will be a $35 fee for all returned checks Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover, there is a 1.25% convenience fee for all credit cards Cash: Cash is King. A 10% discount will be applied to all payments made in cash. Weddings Roti Rolls requires an $1,000 minimum for wedding catering. Gratuity A 15% gratuity is added to all catering
