ESK offers subscription services for hassle free repeat events, discounts apply when booking multiple events. Perfect for your breakfast, lunch or team building events! Changes can be made to your menu, service style, venue, guest count and timeline up to 7 days before service. ESK can accommodate parties of and more! Some service styles work better for different venues & group sizes, please contact our catering sales team for recommendations. Smaller groups can be accommodated with pick up orders from our locations. Our catering sales team can help figure out what works best for your specific needs. For pop-up services, client may be required to secure a sales minimum with a credit card. ESK offers menu tastings by request. In order to bring the food truck out to an event, client may be required to meet a $1000 food minimum spend. The truck rental fee is $300. A 20% service fee is applied to all catering orders. This goes towards the use of our equipment & commissary, liability insurance, permits & other administrative fees. This service fee does not go to the staff as gratuity. If you would like to leave gratuity, please inform our sales team. Standard 8.25% tax also applies. Additional fees may apply to services outside of Austin. Our food truck dimensions are 26 x12 x9, we need 2-3 parking spaces worth of flat space with no low hanging tree limbs to operate. All events must be secured with a credit card; a 50% deposit is due at least 7 days prior to service. The remainder of the balance will be charged to the card on file after service. Service is not secured until a credit card is on file and deposit is paid. Cancellation requests made less than 7 days before service may be subject to forfeiting the 50% deposit.
