16 CORPORATE HOSPITALITY GUIDELINES HOURS OF SERVICE: Thursday, May 3, 2018 through May 6, 2018, 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Lunch Service is presented from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The Afternoon Snack is presented from 3:00 p.m. to 6 p.m. Full Bar Service is offered for seven hours from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sunday Alcoholic Beverages from noon to 6:00 p.m. Optional Opening on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 and/or Wednesday, May 2, 2018, additional charges will apply. Please contact James Stevens at CANCELLATION POLICY Changes without penalty to your food and beverage order may be made at any time up to Friday, April 6, A pre-approved credit card authorization is required to be held on file to process final payment for any outstanding balances that may occur due to higher daily guest counts and/or onsite upgrades. 17 CORPORATE HOSPITALITY GUIDELINES CORPORATE HOST Each corporate partner is required to establish a designated host that will be onsite during the tournament. This host will be necessary to ensure that all guests receive the proper wristband for access and will also be an advocate for any daily news received from the Tournament Staff. WRISTBAND POLICY Wristbands, based upon your final ticket count, will be issued by the catering Captain to your corporate host upon arrival each morning. Wristbands will be counted and signed for by your corporate host. Your guests will not have access to food or beverage service without the appropriate wristband. No wristband is required for those holding Key Executive and Key Executive Spouse credentials. Children over the age of 12 require a wristband, children 12 and under are not required a wristband; however, they must be accompanied by an adult with proper ticket and wristband. Wristband Exception: If you have elected to participate in the Key Executive and Spouse Credential program and have been issued a badge, he/she does NOT require a wristband for buffet and beverage services. This is the only wristband exception. FLEX PASS WRISTBAND POLICY Should you run out of wristbands due to use of your Flex Passes, please see your catering Captain for additional bands. Up to 10 additional wristbands can be issued at a charge of 150 each. The charge for catering is included in the 150 fee. If for ANY reason you need more than 10 bands, each band will be at a charge of 500. A signature is required by the corporate host in order for the Captain to release the extra wristbands. Custom linens may be ordered through the Tournament Decorator, TCG Events. Please contact Cassie Brown or Kim Martin at CATERING AGREEMENT It is agreed between Levy and the partner that Levy will not be held liable for damage to, or loss of property belonging to the client or client s guests, which is exhibited, displayed or left on the premises. In the event this agreement is signed in the name of the corporation, partnership, association, club or society, the individual signing represents to Levy that he or she has full authority to sign and deliver this agreement.
