Where found, you will tend to pay a little more for fresh and frozen. Rotisserie breasts are non-existent. Cutlets are better valued. Dark parts are easier to find; prices are lower for the smoked variety and mixed for fresh. Offerings of grinds are similar to last week with 85% and 93% leans continuing to garner the most attention. Weighted average prices are lower for conventional 93% lean, ground breast, and rolls. Deli activity slows. Values are slightly higher for processor and private label shaving meats. All report information gathered from publicly available sources including store circulars, newspaper ads, and retailer websites.
