Our experienced and professional catering team is more than happy to modify these menus or create something completely unique based on your needs and preferences. Please note that certain items may not be available due to factors such as seasonality of produce. In this event, we will suggest delicious substitutes for your guests to enjoy. Local & Organic We strive to give our customers the freshest and humanely-raised food local and organic, the most delicious, innovative tastes, and the best in genuine hospitality. This includes our commitment to provide certified organic, free range, local, natural, and sustainable ingredients whenever possible. We strive to utilize local ingredients all of the time and support our Connecticut farmers to help benefit the local economy. Because of our commitments to use local ingredients that offer superior value and quality our prices may reflect this benefit Green David Alan Catering is committed to practicing green operations and strongly believes in recycling. Because of this we strive to provide 100% bio-degradable plates and cutlery, 100% post consumer recycled napkins, and plant based plastic cups which decompose in landfills. We recycle as much waste as possible when attending all functions and highly encourage our clients to adhere to our green policies to better serve our environment! Linen/Equipment/Site Evaluations We are happy to arrange for linen rentals from simple to over the top including specialty linens. Please inquire for pricing and details. Site evaluations will be conducted for any function over 100 guests which may result in additional equipment needs. Specialty equipment, if required based on these evaluations are subject to additional charges. Labor Guidelines All fully catered receptions are charged a labor fee based on the demands of each unique event. Additional labor fees may occur to do action stations and larger functions. All Events 200 guests and over as well as events in multiple spaces and overlap in timing are customized. 13
