Whether it s a corporate or social gathering, cocktail party, sundowner or birthday, our friendly & experienced function team will show you the best in hospitality. Every function is different and we pride ourselves on tailoring events to suit specific needs and requirements. We have a variety of areas suitable for up to 140 guests along with more intimate spaces for smaller gatherings over our two-level venue. The Generous Squire is Perth CBD s only fully functioning microbrewery and we have a range of food and beverage options available to create a memorable function for all. We are centrally located in the heart of the Perth CBD with a range of parking options close by, a taxi rank out the front on the venue and plentiful public transport around the area. 8 terms & conditions 1. Confirmation - A function is not considered confirmed until we are in receipt of, the signed booking form with credit card details and the signed terms & conditions form and we have sent a confirmation Minimum Spends - are subject to the period required, number of guests in attendance, area required and overall catering requirements. The organizer agrees to begin the function and vacate the designated space at the scheduled times agreed upon. Functions on Friday evenings are subject to minimum spends, depending on numbers and the area reserved. 3. Area Allocation - the vendor reserves the right to substitute similar space at the management s discretion, however every effort will be made to fulfil requests. 4. Numbers - If numbers increase or decrease by more than 5 people from confirmation of booking the venue must be advised. 5. Bar Opened - a minimum number of guests are required to have the upstairs bars opened. Roof Terrace 50 guests, Upper Lounge 40 guests. If the bar is requested to be staffed and the minimum number of guests is not reached a bar open fee of $150 will apply. 6. Final menu selection - must be confirmed (4) four days in advance of the booking. 7. Final Numbers - are required (4) four days prior to the function and charges will be based on minimum numbers or final head count, whichever is greater. Should the final number be less than the guaranteed minimum number, the difference will be made up in room hire/area hire fees. 8. Orders are final - and cannot be altered within (3) three days, final amount will be charged as ordered. 9. Reserved Areas - will be held for only 30 minutes from booking time unless notified of the delay. 10. Other Functions - the venue reserves the right to book concurrent functions in available areas within the venue. 11. Payment - full payment is required at the conclusion of the event when paying by credit card or cash. When paying by cheque, all accounts are to be paid in full 7 days prior to the function. Any additional charges are to be finalized at the conclusion of the event. 12. Beverages & Catering - served in order to comply with the Liquor Control Act, our house policy for the Responsible Service of Alcohol along with Liquor Licensing obligations. 13. Timing - the vendor is not responsible should all guests not be punctual in arriving which in turn affects the timing of service. 14. Prices - will be confirmed in writing along with final function details. Every endeavour is made to maintain prices as printed, but these may be subject to increase at management s discretion. All prices quoted are inclusive of state and federal government tax or levy. 15. Cancellation by Client/Agent cancellation fees apply. Please contact the functions co-ordinator for further details. 16. Damages the client is financially liable for any damages sustained to the venue whether through the actions of their guests, their outside contractors or any other persons attending the function. 17. Security - the venue will not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any equipment, or personal belongings left on the premises prior to, or after a function. 18. Liquor Act - Under WA law, all guests under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by their legal guardian. All Guests must be over the age of 18 to consume any alcohol (Photo ID will be required). All guests under the age of 18 must vacate the premises by 9pm. 19. The Generous Squire observes Responsible Service of Alcohol as per our House Policy. 20.
