1 Dear Liquor Vendor, This le3er is to inform you that Colorados Liquor Outlet of Colorado Springs has partnered with the Haunted Brew Fest to be held Saturday October 8, 2016 at the Colorado Springs Event Center located at 3960 Palmer Park Blvd in Colorado Springs. In addipon to beers being sampled we would like to invite displled beverages, wines etc. to parpcipate by sampling your new or exispng brands. The Haunted Brew Fest 2014 and 2015 were a tremendous success and was a great opportunity for a3endees to sample new beverages while parpcipapng in the seasonal Halloween fun that included a costume contest for spectators and vendors. As all of us know the Halloween season is second only to the holiday season for alcohol beverage sales naponwide. The Haunted Brew Fest is a prime opportunity for your company to sample fall, holiday and seasonal brands. The Haunted Brew Fest October 8, 2016 event is projected to have 4,000 in a3endance and will include a VIP experience and two sessions for sampling. The Haunted Brew Fest spectator costume contest will once again be held with cash prizes for each session as well as a vendor costume and booth contest with $100 cash up for grabs. Colorados Liquor Outlet located at 1615 Briargate Blvd in Colorado Springs will feature Haunted Brew Fest vendor parpcipants in a prime display area prior to the event with Haunted Brew Fest signage and possible sale pricing. Colorados Liquor Outlet will also have a large flat screen TV display at the front of the store near the entrance and cash register that will play a conpnues loop of Haunted Brew Fest commercials and parpcipapng vendors logos and products. The Haunted Brew Fest markepng campaign over the past 2 years has generated naponal a3enpon along with a regional award for the 2015 Colorado Broadcasters associapon - BEST MarkePng Campaign. We will once again be promopng parpcipapng brands aggressively in the weeks prior to the event and will provide addiponal opportunipes to promote your product with media interviews. Ghouls Gulch and Sanitarium haunted houses will have a cast of ghoulish characters and props on hand to help with the pre Halloween fespvipes. We want to make this easy and beneficial for all vendors, so we will provide ice, tables, chairs, rinsing water, dump buckets and sample mugs along with free food and drinks during our intermission break from 4pm to 5pm. In order to avoid spectator lines, we will have a designated restroom available for vendors and staff. You need to provide a system to dispense your products, and tub or container to hold your products. A porpon of the proceeds will directly benefit Christmas Unlimited. They will provide 5o1c3 and tax exempt paperwork to each vendor.
