3 Tea Plays Brand Story Since her childhood, Siyi Ren, Founder of TeaPlays drinks tea, however, she always felt pity that China, as home of tea and now producing the world s 40% of the tea was missing a tea brand that crystalizes the essence of Chinese teas while satisfying and representing the lifestyle and emotional needs of the new generation. Standing on the global stage, what should Chinese tea look like in the new era? Probing for the answer, Siyi hosted 8 month s of cross-cultural tea meetups when living in Mannheim, Germany and enriched her herbal knowledge with diverse and fascinating tea cultures from her members from Russia, Germany, India, Turkey and so on. Since then, TeaPlays surfaced in her heart: a Chinese tea brand of fun and cultural diversity. Having quit her comfortable job in Germany, Siyi came back to China and started to learn tea in After visiting 17 tea plantations ranging from 6 provinces of China such as Jingmai mountain of ancient teas in Yunnan, Anxi in Fujian, Phoenix Mountain in Canton, etc., she acquired an extensive knowledge in tea tree types, processing techniques, organic tea growing, and wellness effects of different teas. In September 2016, TeaPlays teamed up with the best minds in Shanghai: a perfectionist visual designer from Brazil, an acute service designer from Russia, a versatile marketing partner of Austrian-Italian-Canadian origin and a Chinese local Cofounder who had 15 years of experience in supply chain and sales. With the global vision, we aim to bring the best of natural Chinese teas in the modern language and unwrap the fun and healthy lifestyle with innovative packaging and community building. 3

All ingredients are sourced directly from organic tea plantations in different regions, and manufactured in an organic tea factory in one of the cleanest areas of China: Pu er, Yunnan.
