2 PICKING Our producers love to pick the ripiest cherries from the highest altitude coffee growing regions all over the equatorial zone. If they're ruby-red in color, their seeds just might have the right to be eventually branded under our labels. BREWING Get a whiff of the brew, hear the steam pouring, watch the french press bloom -- we're here to share our equipment and brewing expertise to make sure the coffee's always on for you and your customers. PROCESSING Whether a natural (dry) or washed (wet) process, we love the look of the green beens and the unique personallity we find in every burlap sack that finds it's way to Sheboygan, WI. GRINDING We can grind it or you can grind it, either way the daily grind (pun intended) suddenly seems more doable when you know that precisely ground coffee is perfectly brewing pot after pot. ROASTING The wafts off the roaster, the sound of the first crack, the daily gathering in the cupping room to compare notes, the endless experiementing with new blends, studying temperature charts... these experiences never get old to us. PACKAGING The fresh coffee smell you get every time you open our packaging is directly correlated to when it was packaged. To ensure the best end product our coffee is roasted and packaged on the same day. Your coffee is roaster-fresh since every package receives a gentle puff of nitrogen to preserve flavor and aroma.

15 THE COFFEE'S ON TIME, ACCURATE, AND PERSONALLY DELIVERED Torke Coffee provides our food-service and consumer product customers with Direct Distribution Route Delivery. Typically we have weekly trucks throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Upper Michigan, and Illinois along with other select locations in the midwest. Our national distribution can be accessed through select broadline distributors. For customers outside our local delivery region, we can also ship direct via UPS. DIRECT ROUTE DELIVERY Torke has a territory manager assigned to each location who is responsible for all of the customers located on that route. The Territory Manager has a tall order, because they work on sales in their region, deliver the coffee, setup and manage par levels for the customer, and they re the first line of response for repair or service if your beverage equipment needs attention. Direct Route Delivery is what sets us apart from the others with greater attention to detail, fewer ordering mistakes, and seamless inventory management. EQUIPMENT We provide reliable, state-of-the-art equipment including, espresso machines, satellite brewers, thermal brewers, air pot brewers, beverage dispensers, juice machines, grinders, condiment organizers, cup dispensers and much more! PARTS & SERVICE Torke Coffee is unique to broadline distributors and competitors in that we have a dedicated team of repair technicians whose sole job is working on beverage equipment Let s face it; all equipment will eventually break. Torke s team is factory certified by the manufacturers of the various machines and they carry parts on their truck; and they re just a phone call away.
