5 OM RTS Bacon Expandable Wing Execution 1. Locate the Oscar Mayer RTS Bacon Rack in the backroom (rack should be in the meat room) 2. Locate the existing Oscar Mayer RTS Bacon Rack on the sales floor 3. Discuss with Store/Meat Manager location to be placed 4. Upon arrival, give a copy of the code sheet to the Pricing Specialist for tags & signs to be created while you build the display Please request Real Deal Tags at Stop & Shop and Giant Landover and Bonus Buy Tags at Giant Carlisle & Martin s 5. Build the Oscar Mayer RTS Bacon Rack 6. Fill the rack with product in the backroom according to the planogram provided please note that existing rack may have product on it 7. Once emptying the existing Oscar Mayer RTS Bacon Rack, please place the rack in the backroom in a pre-determined location as this rack is going to be re-purposed 8. Apply all tags and signs to the Oscar Mayer RTS Bacon Rack per step #4 above 9. Make sure the Meat Manager or Non-Perishable Manager places the Oscar Mayer RTS Bacon Rack items into the CAO system as a secondary display for replenishment purposes 10. Make sure display and workspace is clean 11. Verify with the Meat & Store Manager that he/she is satisfied with display build and placement 12. Communicate any issues to your Acosta Manager so they can contact the Kraft CRM to address any issues 5
