2 Overview GET STUFFED is the fourth in our series of sell out pop up dining and cabaret experiences. The evening combines two of RUBY & NORM s great loves of dining and entertainment as we open our house doors again to offer a truly bespoke evening. Dining is over 3 hours and our guest chefs use the finest locally sourced produce. The cabaret ranges from comedy to drag to live music and our walls are adorned with inspiragonal emerging argsts. Places are limited and the entertainment is never confirmed ungl the night prior to aiendance. This is a closed doors event 7.30pm prompt Gl Midnight. 3 Dining We are please to announce that our guest chef for GET STUFFED pop up cabaret and dining is the wonderful ANGIE MA. Angie has worked across the world including Hong Kong, Melbourne and London on some of the most creaive and exciing super clubs. Her experience includes working with the famous Ms Marmite Lover who started the first and legendary supper club in London The Underground Restaurant. She is a food curator and has served her delights on roooops, in homes, chateaus and even transformed an inner city modern apartment into a souk inspired tea house! She is also known for her social work developing less well off communiies and we are so very excited to have her in our RUBY & NORM home. GET STUFFED MENU NIBBLES Crispy fried gorgonzola and thyme olives SHARED STARTERS Homemade honey cornbread stuffed with jalapenos Aubergine stuffed with Persian rice, spiced lamb, coriander and pomegranate MAIN 6 hour slow cooked pork neck and wine cannelloni Autumn salad of roast beet, orange, fennel, green leaves and toasted hazelnuts DESSERT Cardamom brandy snap baskets filled with white chocolate mousse, fresh raspberries and raspberry and rosewater coulis Full vegetarian and vegan opions available please for full details rubyandnorm@gmail.com

4 Taxidermy We are celebraing the art of taxidermy and are creaing two floors of experiences for our diners at GET STUFFED. Down In The Woods.anything can happen down in the woods especially when you bring the outside in. Our woodland friends will be overseeing all animal anics. Flamingo Bingo Bar eyes down feathers up. A lively dining experience to remember in the heart of the cabaret acion. Please note all our taxidermy friends have lived long and happy lives and have been responsibly sourced for this experience.
