Laundry, drying and ironing For your group, using laundry room is free of charge, yet limited: Each room has 1 cycle of washing + 1 cycle of tumble drying once a week (total: 3 times of laundry room usage per room) Using ironing room is free of charge and unlimited. Do not make noise in your room and corridor during quiet hours. Inform reception about other noisy guests. Electric appliances for cooking & boiling water (e.g. kettles) are forbidden to use in rooms. Smoking indoors (including electronic cigarettes) is STRICTLY forbidden. ATTENTION: smoking nearby window or leaning through the window is forbidden too. Smoking areas are outside the front and back door. Please don t drop cigarette butts on the ground, use garbage bin instead. While settling in, please immediately inform reception about any noticed damage of furniture, equipment or other facilities. During your stay, please inform reception about failure of equipment and facilities to have them fixed as soon as possible. Making damage in room or corridor during your stay is subject to penalty. 6 PUBLIC TRANSPORT Your tickets Transport card Activating your ticket Important to know Types of public transport Route planners online Mobile apps 30-day electronic ticket (unlimited rides, all buses and trolleybuses) Your ticket is topped up on your transport card On the first day of mobility you will receive your transport card It is individually assigned (by name): do not swap it with your friends On the last day of mobility these cards will be collected Press your card to against yellow box in the bus / trolleybus during your first ride. You will hear signal. This way you will activate ticket. When your ticket is activated, you do NOT have to check in your card every time you ride public transport. Just have it with you for control. If you want to see the ticket expiration time, press your card against yellow box again. You will see your ticket type and expiration date and time ( galioja iki ) on the screen. Always have your transport card with you. If you forgot to take card, buy a one-ride ticket from the bus driver (1 ). Penalty for ride without ticket: minimum 8. If your card is lost or broken, inform your moderator immediately. We will give you a new card and transfer your current ticket. 7 TRAINEESHIP PROGRAM Where to find detailed program Shared Google Calendar How to start using the app How to use calendar on the app Using offline The detailed traineeship program and travel details are in the shared Google Calendar. The title of the calendar is MOB16-PL-24+2 Your will be added to the shared Google Calendar. Please make sure you use Gmail / Hotmail account. You will receive confirmation that a new calendar has been shared with you. Click the link to get to your calendar 1. Download Google Calendar from Google Play / App Store 2. Register with the same 3. See: settings -> other calendars -> make sure the MOB16-PL-24+2 calendar is active (tick) 4.
