2 GUARANTEES The final guarantee for all food and beverage functions is required 72 business hours prior to the event. In the event that the guarantee is not given to Galaxy Banquets, the expected attendance number will be used as your guarantee. You will be billed for whichever is higher. You may increase your guarantee within the 72 hours, though you may not decrease it. The banquet hall will prepare 3% over your guarantee for plated meals and 5% over your guarantee for buffets. The minimum guarantee for all breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets is 150pp. Should you choose to guarantee less than 150 there is a minimum food & beverage spend that must be met. For smaller events we will recommend utilizing our restaurant or patio as private or semiprivate spaces. DURATION OF MEALS Our buffets and food stations are all priced as per the below meal duration: Breakfast Buffet - 2 hours Lunch Buffet - 2 hours Dinner Buffet - 3 hours Specialty Stations 1 hour Reception/Cocktail Hour Stations - 1 hour Should you require additional time for your food presentation this can be arranged. Please talk with your Events Manager for a personalized proposal. Please note that these are not the hours that your event must be confined too, but rather the service of food. PRICES AND PAYMENT All food, beverages and decor are subject to a 20% service charge and 10% sales tax. Prices are subject to change and will be guaranteed up to twelve months prior to your function. To secure your event on a definite basis, Galaxy Banquets will require a non-refundable deposit, with the full balance due ten days prior to your event. In the event of cancellation, a cancellation charge will be invoiced. The cancellation schedule will be outlined in your catering or event contract. AUDIO-VISUAL REQUIREMENTS The banquet hall provides in-house audio-visual equipment to be utilized during events. Audiovisual prices may be subject to a service charge as well for engineers, technicians and other necessary staff. Should you choose to use the services from another outside vendor, load-in and utility charges may be added as well.

3 DÉCOR AND ENTERTAINMENT The ambiance of your event can be enhanced by specialty linens, décor packages and entertainment. We have a wide range of services available for all types of events. Your Events Manager would be delighted to make suggestions and price out costs. All Décor must come from our in-house vendor. Decorations or displays which are brought into the venue from personal or outside sources must have prior approval, please consult with your Events Manager. Decorations or displays may not be affixed to walls, doors, windows or ceilings. MERCHANDISE OR ARTICLES Galaxy Banquets shall not be held responsible for the damage or loss of any merchandise or articles brought into the venue or for any items which are left unattended. SIGNAGE AND LITERATURE All signage that will be placed in the lobby, outdoors or in public view must have prior approval. Signage can be used within the hall as needed, but may not be affixed to walls, doors, windows or ceilings. Galaxy Banquets reserves the right to remove signage which is felt to be inappropriate or has not been approved prior. In order to provide you with the best assistance all registration tables, hospitality desks, or information desks must be discussed and planned with your Events Manager during or before the signing of your contract. You acknowledge Galaxy Banquets and Hubcaps Bar & Grill are federally registered businesses and any printed forms or literature pertaining to the venue or use of their logos must have prior approval from the venue. This includes radio, television, newspaper, printed tickets or any other form of advertising. OUTDOOR EVENTS Galaxy Banquets reserves the right to make the final decision to use indoor facilities in the event of inclement weather. We will do everything possible to advise you of any potential move. All outdoor events in the late afternoon or evening will need a lighting package. The need for the lighting will vary depending on the time of year and time of day. There is an additional fees of $250 for outdoor bars. PACKAGES Packages for meetings or events may be delivered up to five working days prior to your event.
