Following is a table containing menu options for finger food. The table is designed to let you mix and match the menu options to suit your taste and budget. However, we do pride ourselves on our personal service so please feel free to discuss these options with us in more detail or to tailor a menu to suit your budget. Deposit for off-site functions and events A deposit of 50% is required prior to the event, with the exception of companies and organisations who need to raise a purchase order. Payment will be accepted in cash, credit card, bank transfer or cheque. All cheques must be either made out to Cash or be issued in $US only and addressed to Sticky Fingers Restaurant Sole Co. Ltd. Minimum Order Sticky Fingers has a minimum order requirement of 15 people or equivalent in payment. Customers may arrange to collect food platters for less than 15 guests Monday to Friday after 4pm and from 9am on weekends. For a cost of 70,000 kip per head, choose any three items from List A, any two items from List B and one item from List C. 4 Delivery & Service Fees The cost per head mentioned above is for food, delivery & collection only. In addition to the food costs, there is a surcharge for: service provision of plates, cutlery, napkins and glassware For groups of up to 50 people this surcharge is 750,000 kip. Plus an extra 5,000 kip per person 51+ extra staff 50,000 kip per staff member per hour. Staff will work up to 11.00pm. If you require staff to work later than that time, please inform Sticky Fingers in advance and an overtime fee of 80,000 kip per hour will be payable. Bar/cocktail barman staff 60,000 kip per hour. Other Services Sticky Fingers is also able to provide coffee & tea breaks, soft drinks, alcohol, cocktail, bar & waiter service and ice if requested and we can also arrange for the hire of tables, chairs and marquees. The list of fees for all these items is below.
