2 VENUE INFORMATION THE SPACE The Big Bang Dueling Piano Bar is one of the most unique entertainment venues in Cleveland. Weʼre located in the popular new Flats East Bank entertainment district, close to the Convention Center, downtown hotels and major sporting arenas. With 3,500 square feet of meeting and event space, The Big Bang can accommodate up to 200 people seated and 400 people reception style. The space is available for full and partial buyouts any night of the week. We offer a variety of bar, catering and entertainment options for any budget, and our event planners will work closely with you to make your event a night your guests will be raving about for months to come. THE VIP SECTION Want to be a part of the action, but still feel like your group has a private space? Our VIP Section is a perfect area for groups of up to 30 people seated or 50 people reception style. The semi-private area sits in the back corner of the room, with great vistibility to our main stage, and easy access to our back bar. This space is popular for groups looking to enjoy an exciting night of dueling pianos without the expense of doing a full buyout. Amenities include wireless internet, excellent stage views and easy bar and restroom access. THE PATIO Our large patio can accommodate up to 30 people seated, or 60 people reception style. Your guests can still enjoy the sounds of the show, while mingling with each other in a private atmosphere.

3 EVENT OPTIONS BAR CATERING ENTERTAINMENT OPEN BAR - We will customize your bar package to fit your needs depending on the amount you would like to spend, what items you would like to offer to your guests, etc. Open bar packages are generally priced on consumption, but we also offer fixed-rate open bar packages starting at $34.99 per person (plus tax+gratuity) for three hours. CASH BAR - Weʼll offer our full bar selection during your event, and guests are responsible for paying for their own drinks. DRINK TICKETS - Drink tickets are a great option if you want to provide a limited number of drinks for each guests. Our drink ticket option is $7 per drink plus gratuity, which includes all beer, house wine and calllevel liquor. We offer a number of in-house catering menus to fit your needs and your budget. Options include hot and cold appetizer buffets, hand-passed horʼs douvres and select dinner buffets. Catering packages range from $19.95 per person to $29.95 per person (plus tax+ gratuity). Make your event a breeze by combining your bar and catering packages into one fixed price per person. Bar/catering packages start as low as $49.99 per person (plus tax+gratuity). The Big Bang offers a unique entertainment experience that you wonʼt find at any other venue. The Dueling Pianos concept appeals to a vast range of ages and demographics, making it the perfect entertainment option for your corporate group. Our musicians are highly skilled entertainers who have an amazing knack for reading a crowd. They will have your group singing, laughing and dancing-along long before the nightʼs over! The Big Bang is equipped with a full sound and lighting system, complete with a wireless mic that you will have access to during your private event for speeches, presentations, etc. If you opt to not have dueling pianos at your event, we have an in-house music system to provide background music of your choosing. EXTRAS Add that extra special touch to your event with customized specialty cocktails, souvenir tee-shirts, or even a special song written just for your group! 4 CATERING MENUS The Big Bang Cleveland can provide in-house catering for up to 200 people. Our buffet or family style catering consists of hot and cold appetizers, heavy hors dʼouvres, and a couple of main entree options. If you donʼt see exactly what you are looking for, please ask! If you already have a specific caterer that you would like to work with, we do allow outside catering for a small per person fee. We will work directly with your caterer to coordinate the day-of details for you.
