Our high top cocktail table rentals will include a table linen to compliment the elegant atmosphere. Specialty Linens Bravado has an inventory of specialty linen overlays that can enhance any décor! From simply making your cake table pop to providing each table an overlay for that sophisticated feel, we can help you find what works for you! Chair Covers and Sashes Add a touch of elegance to your room with our beautiful chair covers and sashes! We have your choice of white, black, or ivory premium spandex chair covers as well as a selection of organza, satin, and premium sashes for you to pick from. 13 Site Details The Grand Ballroom Specifications The Grand Ballroom can accommodate up to 200 guests with room for the marble dance floor. A minimum of 120 guests at full package price are required to host a wedding reception in the Grand Ballroom. Guest Tables are 66 rounds and seat 8-10 guests per table. The floor surface of the reception room is carpeted. The chairs included with the Grand Ballroom are padded banquet chairs. There are 2 built-in bars inside the Grand Ballroom. Rendezvous Specifications Maximum capacity for seated reception at Rendezvous is 120 guests. A minimum of 60 guests at full package price are required to host a wedding reception at Rendezvous. There is elevator as well as stair access to the upstairs Rendezvous space. Rendezvous has its own special entrance from the parking lot with sign to direct guests. There are special bathroom facilities for the use of guests celebrating at Rendezvous. There is a top-of-the line built-in bar on the top level of Rendezvous. Onsite Ceremony Details There is a separate rental fee to add on the use of Rendezvous for your cocktail hour due at the time of your reservation. The addition is subject to availability. Rendezvous Ceremony Location addition is available for ceremonies of up to 120 guests. Onsite ceremony may start 30 minutes prior to reception start time. Onsite Bridal Changing Area available 2 hours prior to onsite ceremony start time. Please consult with your Bravado event specialist prior to arranging your onsite ceremony rehearsal time. Other events will be taking place at Bravado Event Venue that will need to be worked around and Bravado cannot guarantee a specific date or time for the rehearsal until 10 days prior to your event. Vendor and Room Setup Details Your party and vendors may setup after 3:00 PM the day of your event. Your party and vendors will have 1 hour after the event end time to gather any items brought in and to exit the facility. You will be contacted by our onsite event manager 5-7 days before your wedding to discuss your vendor delivery schedule. There are plenty of electrical outlets available for bands, DJs or any other services requiring normal power. 13

14 Policies and Procedures Time Limits A six hour time limit is placed on all events. This does not include your ceremony time, if applicable. Events must end no later than midnight. Last call will be 30 minutes prior to the conclusion of the event, not to exceed 11:30 P.M. All setup for events must take place after 3:00 PM on the day of the event. Minimums A minimum of 120 guests at full package price are required to host a wedding reception in the Grand Ballroom. A minimum of 60 guests at full package price are required to host a wedding reception at Rendezvous. Decorations Decorations or displays brought onto the premises must be approved by Bravado event specialist. Items may not be attached to any walls, floors or ceilings with nails, staples, tape or by any other means. Wax candles must be fully enclosed. Loose glitter, fake flower petals, and confetti are not permitted in any form. Alcohol Policies In accordance with the State of Michigan Liquor Control Commission all beer, wine, and spirits consumed on premise must be purchased and served by Bravado staff. Any event serving alcohol must use a Bravado TIPS trained bartender for the entire event. Serving shots of liquor is not permitted at any event. Non-tipping bar service is available upon request for a prepaid fee of $1 per person per bartender at your event. This service must be coordinated prior to final payment; if it is not coordinated, there will be tip jars at the bar. Bravado Policies Bravado event specialist can approve outside dessert on a case-by-case basis. Approval of outside dessert is required by noon 10 days prior to event date. No outside dessert items will be permitted the day of the event without prior approval. No outside non-dessert food items are permitted to brought into Bravado Event Venue. By agreeing to host your ceremony/reception at Bravado Event Venue you authorize Bravado to photograph your event and utilize these photos in various marketing media including, but not limited to, its website, bridal websites, and marketing materials. Per Macomb County Health Department regulations, leftover food purchased by Bravado Event Venue must be disposed of at the conclusion of all events. Bravado is not responsible for damage or loss of any personal property. In addition, the client is solely responsible for any damage done to the facility or its properties the day of the event. All prices and menu selections are subject to change without notice due to uncontrollable market conditions. Kid s Meals of Chicken Tenders and Fries are available for guests under 12 for $12.95 per guest. Client must let Bravado event specialist the final number of guests under 12 and where they will be seated by noon 10 days prior to the event date. Guests age and vendors that require a meal are $10.00 less than the full package price. Client must let Bravado event specialist the final number of guests age and vendors that require a meal by noon 10 days prior to the event date. 14

15 Payment Schedule Deposit A $1, payment is required to secure your wedding reception. This will be applied to your total event order. Accepted payment types include cash, check or any major credit card. By making a deposit toward your event you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to Bravado Event Venue s Policies and Procedures, and Payment Schedule. In the event of a cancellation, we will refund any money paid minus a $750 cancellation fee after the event date ONLY if we are able to rebook the date with another event of equal or greater value. 180 Days Prior to Your Event A second payment bringing your event total to half paid must be made 180 days prior to your event date. Late payments will result in a $ late payment fee added to your event and the event can be cancelled without refund. 30 Days Prior to Your Event The menu package along with all food and beverage selections must be made 30 days prior to your event, if not sooner. Failure to do so may result in a limited availability of options. All linen color choices must be finalized 30 days prior to your event, if not sooner. Failure to do so may result in a limited availability of options. 10 Days Prior to Your Event The final payment and any menu adjustments must be made no later than noon 10 days before your event date. Late payments will result in a $ late payment fee added to your event and the event can be cancelled without refund. Complete the Wedding Details Worksheet (page 15). Submit a guest list with guests first and last names to Bravado event specialist no later than noon 10 days before the event date. We will try to accommodate any changes within the 10 day time period if possible. Final Billing Final billing will reflect the actual number of guests served or the guaranteed minimum head count, whichever is greater. Additional Fees All prices are subject to Michigan state sales tax and Bravado service charge. Groups requesting exemption from state sales tax must submit a tax exempt certificate (Michigan Dept. of Treasury Form 3372) upon confirming their catering with a deposit. Failure to submit this document prior to the event date will result in the sales tax being applied without refund. Gratuity to staff is not included in the total cost of this proposal unless noted and is not mandatory. 15
