Duffy s offers in-house function packages for groups of and outside catering services for groups of up to 1,000. Whether you re planning a rehearsal dinner, birthday, baby shower, cocktail party, business meeting, retirement party, or any other special event, our team is here to make your day special. Our menus have been designed to make planning your event easy and enjoyable, and feature simple, yet elegant choices. From passed hors d oevres to prime rib carving stations, we can offer your guests a meal to fit any taste. Every event is custom designed based on your budget and desires. All rehearsal dinners are held in our Storer Street private dining room, which can accommodate up to 60 guests for a rehearsal dinner. 6 Technology We re pleased to accommodate your technology needs. Please ask your function coordinator about the following services: In house music system please provide an ipod or similar device to play music over our house speakers. Microphone available upon request. Television with local cable channels and hookups for your laptop or DVD player Projector & Screen available for hookup to your laptop Linen & Decorations Duffy s standard linens are offered as ivory table clothes and maroon napkins to accent our décor. These and other colors are available upon request. We work closely with Downeast Flowers and can secure floral arrangements and center pieces on your behalf. We encourage you to bring your own decorations as this often significantly enhances your event. Please do not tape or tack anything to the walls; you may tape items to the trim and other wood work. Confetti and other loose party favors are strongly discouraged. Check with your function coordinator about when you are able to arrive to decorate as we may have other events planned prior to yours.

7 The Details Pricing includes appropriate servers, cooks and support staff. Maine meals tax and a twenty percent service gratuity will be added to all invoices. A final guest count must be provided to Duffy s no less than seven days prior to the event. The event will be invoiced based upon this count or the actual event head count, whichever is higher. Duffy s adheres to all State of Maine liquor laws. If we are providing alcohol service for the event, we will obtain all necessary permits from local, state, and/or federal entities, as required by law. Duffy s staff reserves the right to request proper identification of all guests and attendees of the event. Duffy s staff also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone a) thought to be under 21 years of age, b) incapable of providing proper identification, and/or c) who appears already intoxicated. Due to local and state health regulations, we are unable to accept outside food or beverages. A deposit of $200 must be received upon confirmation of your event. This deposit will be applied to the final invoice. Deposits are refundable up to fourteen days prior to the event. Duffy s requires a six hundred dollar minimum Friday, Saturday and Sunday and a three hundred dollar minimum Monday through Thursday to be spent on food, excluding beverages, tax and gratuity, to reserve the Storer Street Dining Room for your event. Events in the pub dining room require an eight thousand dollar minimum to be spent on food, excluding beverages, tax and gratuity.
