2 SERVICE Welcome to the Montreal Impact s 2017 season! Spectrum is proud to be the new caterer in Saputo Stadium s Executive Suites and Mezzanines, and to be the operator of all food concessions on the premises. We take great pride in our experience in prestigious venues and are extremely pleased to be able to put our expertise and experience to work for you. To kick off the season, we have created a first-class menu that will please your palate and meet your every need. Everything is possible, so let us make your experience the best it can be! In everything we do, we follow the Golden Rule do unto others as you would want others to do unto you. Have a great 2017 season! PREORDER This year, the dishes on our menu were created by our renowned Executive chef Philippe Mercier, who has worked in numerous major hotels and restaurants around the world. Preorders will be delivered to your Executive Suite before the game begins. Please note that for the 2017 season, we have made several changes on our menu, and in order to be able to give you the best possible service, we must receive all orders no later than 5 p.m., five (5) business days before the game. After this deadline, the only menu available is the menu of the day. This year, we ve added a bonus. A large bowl of delicious popcorn will be available in your Executive Suite for all preorders! An important reminder: all food and drinks consumed in an Executive Suite must have been purchased at the Stade Saputo. PERMANENT INVENTORY An inventory of beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages will be available to you in your Executive Suite. Celebrating a special occasion or want to impress a client during a game? No problem! Just let us know as soon as you can and your wish is our command. SAME-DAY ORDERS A limited menu will be available on the day of the game. Orders must be made before the beginning of the second half. TAXES AND SERVICE CHARGES Provincial (PST) and federal (GST) taxes will be added to the sales price. An administrative fee of 15% will be added to the price before taxes. Any gratuity is at your discretion. PAYMENT Before your order is confirmed, we will process preauthorization of payment of the preorder through your credit card 48 hours before the game. Any food or drink ordered during the match will be billed to the credit card on file, or to any valid credit card given to the hostess. CANCELLATION Any order cancellation must be received at least 72 hours before the beginning of the game. Failure to cancel will result in 100% of your order being billed to the Executive Suite. HOW TO ORDER All orders, follow-ups and coordination will be taken care of by Spectrum s Customer Service team. They will be more than eager to help you and answer all your questions.
