Our floral arrangements are made on site at Gerry Ranch & we work closely with local growers to provide you with the freshest flowers & highest quality. We also have additional coordinating services available to assist you with the planning process. Our Caterer Omni Catering will work with you to customize any of the enclosed catering sample packages to your unique needs, dreams & desires and offers many other items available as even exchanges, as well as other dishes, menus, and upgraded services available with custom packages. With full time event coordinators working to make our wedding clients visions come to fruition, Omni Catering is at the forefront of the most innovative, quality catering experiences. With impeccable service and award winning chefs, we create culinary experiences, not just food. From bountiful buffets, to intricately plated dinners, to fresh grilled meats, Omni Catering delivers an incredible meal. Tastings before booking incur a fee of $100.00, which is applied to balance upon booking. Service Our professionally trained service staff will set-up the reception areas, set buffets, set tables, cut and serve cake and provide all breakdown and all clean up. Cuisine Omni Catering prides itself on providing an exceptional product using the finest ingredients and expertly trained chefs. Your meal will be hand-prepared by our talented chefs and cooked on-site at your event for a perfectly cooked meal. We do not use frozen products or pre-packaged products - all or our fare is hand-made with care.
