The Crowne Plaza Tampa Westshore is pleased to offer both ceremony and reception options with over 5,000 square feet of beautiful Ballroom space ideal for groups of 50 to 350. With an indoor cocktail hour space coupled with an outdoor terrace and water feature, your guests are sure to enjoy all that our Florida Hotel has to offer. Our Certified Wedding Professionals will handle all the details of your BIG day. From getting ready in one of our Cabana Suites serviced with light snacks and beverages, to ending your day in our Honeymoon Suite overlooking the gorgeous views of Tampa Bay, our team is committed to making all of your wedding dreams come true. 3

4 PRICING Menu prices are subject to change on an annual basis. You are locked into pricing based on the year you book your wedding in. All couple s will be held to a Food and Beverage Minimum based on the day and season your wedding date falls in. Your Event Manager will notify you of your minimum prior to contracting. GUEST COUNT Your final guest count is due (1) one week prior to your wedding day along with your seating chart and table breakdown. At that point, it is possible to increase your guest count number but cannot reduce the number. Your Event Manager will assist you with your seating chart, if needed. SERVICE CHARGE AND SALES TAX A 24% taxable service charge and 7% sales tax will be applied to all Food and Beverage, Room Rental, and Audio/Visual charges. IHG REWARDS As an IHG Hotel, we are pleased offer 3 IHG Reward Club Points for every dollar that you spend pre-tax. Points are rewarded for all charges, up to $20,000. Visit to enroll. EVENT TIME Our Hotel believes that every couple should be given our complete attention on their Wedding Day. Therefore, we will not contract or book any other wedding on your special day. Our Event Managers will assist you with creating a wedding day timeline that is custom to you and your needs. MENU TASTING Once a contract is signed, your Event Manager will set a time for your menu tasting. Tastings are done on Monday s, Tuesday s, Thursday s, and Friday s between 2 PM and 4 PM. Tastings are allowed for up to (4) four people. 4

Complete with a fruit-infused water station and optional skirted stage, our Event Managers are happy to work with you in giving you the ultimate backdrop as you say I do. Your Event Manager will also act as your Ceremony Director for the day to ensure a flawless Ceremony. Outdoor ceremony spaces are limited to 100 persons. Ceremony Rehearsal space is provided.
