3 Weddings: Policies and General Information PRICING Menu prices are subject to change on an annual basis. The Hotel guarantees catering menu prices 9 months prior to your Wedding day. All couple s will be held to a Food and Beverage Minimum based on the day and season your wedding date falls in. Your Event Manager will notify you of your minimum prior to contracting. Upon signing your contract, a non-refundable deposit equal to 25% of your Food and Beverage Minimum is due. Three (3) additional payments will be due six (6) months, three (3) months and thirty (30) days prior to your wedding date. Final payment will then be due one (1) week prior to your wedding. GUEST COUNT Your final guest count is due (1) one week prior to your wedding day along with your seating chart and table breakdown. At that point, it is possible to increase your guest count number but not reduced. SERVICE CHARGE AND SALES TAX A 22% taxable service charge and 7% sales tax will be applied to all Food and Beverage, Room Rental, and Audio/Visual charges. IHG REWARDS As an IHG Hotel, we are pleased offer 3 IHG Reward Club Points for every dollar that you spend pre-tax. Points are rewarded for all charges, up to $20,000. Visit to enroll. EVENT TIME Our Hotel believes that every couple should be given our complete attention on their Wedding Day. Therefore, we will not contract or book any other wedding on your special day. Our Event Managers will assist you with creating a wedding day timeline that is custom to you and your needs. The Hotel allows 30 minutes for Ceremonies, (1) hour for Cocktail Hour, and (4) hours for Receptions. Timelines that exceed this time period will be subject to an additional $2 charge per guest per hour. MENU TASTING Once a contract is signed, your Event Manager will set a time for your menu tasting. Tastings are scheduled by appointment only and are allowed for up to (4) four guests. Additional guests may attend at $50/person. 3

Complete with a fruit-infused water station and optional skirted stage, our Event Managers are happy to work with you to give you the perfect backdrop as you say I do. Your Event Manager will also act as your Ceremony Director for the day to ensure a flawless Ceremony. Ceremony Rehearsal space is included in the cost of the ceremony. Grass Ceremony Located behind the pool s Tiki Huts lies a beautiful grass area surrounded by a wall of elegant bamboo.
