Production Lot and Batch Number The Production Lot number refers to the mother lot and is assigned to a given field when contracted for seed production. This lot is used on all official phytosanitary documentation. The Batch number refers to the final fit lot that is created each time the seed is cleaned, sized, processed, treated or packaged. UNTREATED SEED: Untreated seed may be available for specific varieties. Please inquire with Customer Service. SPECIAL CHARGES: All special charges such as freight, custom seed treatments, custom packaging and other services are NET and not subject to any discount. RETURNS: Seed returns from direct sales customers will not be accepted unless prior authorization is obtained from regional sales managers. All returns must be unopened containers in good condition, returned to the original shipping location. Unauthorized returns will be refused and sent back at customer s expense. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from invoicing. No returns accepted on custom packaging, pelleting, special treatments, or firesale. No seed returns accepted from dealers.
