1 Spring 2018 aaj hai vo bahār kā mausam phuul todūñ to haath jaam aae Today spring has come with such beauty, that a flower broken with my hand - fills my hand with ambrosia Jaleel Manikpuri Street parades, festivals, folk music and fresh food were uppermost in my parents narratives as they recalled their childhood. These stories kindled a desire to share moments of my parents youth with our new Spring menu. This season we pay homage to small village dishes and cooking styles with my own creations using fresh local produce from our garden and Indian flavours - an amalgamation of three generations. For this season s menu we bring you dishes from my parents villages based on the way they were taught to cook. Dishes such as these are cooked in Springtime all over India.
