6 The Glass Matters Elegant Plumm glasses were developed in response to requests from the Australian wine industry for a wine glass offering excellent functionality. The developers travelled around the world consulting winemakers and sommeliers to establish the ideal shapes and sizes for wineglasses to suit the full spectrum of wines. Plumm Glass features: Made from lead-free premium crystal, the outstanding brilliance and clarity shows the natural colour of a wine to perfection. Made using pulled-stem technology, the uniform integral moulding means there is no seam between the bowl and stem, contributing to both excellent strength and a smooth touch. Cut rim technology gives a precise and smooth finish to the rim, so wine flows smoothly from the glass to your lips to optimize drinking pleasure. The Plumm Sparkling glass is micro-etched inside the bottom of the bowl close to the stem, enhancing the appearance and longevity of bubbles.
