Attendees will also enjoy accommodations at The Village and Grand Sandestin, which is walking distance to the meetings and all of the family functions throughout the conference. We have planned new and exciting activities for children of all ages. The attire is casual and comfortable. We are enthusiastic about the 34th Annual Summer Conference and hope that you will join us in June. Schedule The schedule is a snap shot of the activities that are planned for the conference. All of the activities on the schedule are open to the registrant and their guests. The meetings and social activities are held throughout the Sandestin property, concentrating in the Baytowne Village area. New on the conference agenda this year are two Breakfast Sessions. Bingo and the Closing Ceremonies are the only events that are divided into groups by age. Each group will participate in age appropriate activities.
