7 Bench 1775 Icewine Penticton, BC Founded in the heart of wine country, in beautiful British Columbia, Bench 1775 is located on the southern shore of Lake Okanagan. Named after the address of the winery, 1775 Naramata Road, along with the beautiful Naramata Bench, Bench 1775 Winery is a celebration of land and place. Winces from Bench 1775 are produced with the unique expression of fruit grown in the Okanagan Valley from three vineyard locations: Oxbow Vineyard, on the original Golden Mile in Osoyoos, South Okanagan, and at Paradise Ranch Vineyard and Soaring Eagle Vineyard in the Central Okanagan. 10 Shelter Point Distillery Vancouver Island, BC Shelter Point Distillery is located on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. Its tranquil location is surrounded by the ever changing ocean, snow capped mountains, and a sparking clear river. Blessed with a near perfect mix of fertile soil, sunshine, abundant fresh water and mild weather, the ingredients are here to produce true 'Field to Flask' spirits. In 2005, Patrick Evans and his family purchased the former UBC Oyster River Research Farm from the University of British Columbia. After the sale, Evans discovered his grandfather had owned a quarter section of land encompassing a portion of today s farm lands. The purchase allowed the Evans family to implement their vision for a new type of farming, one where wild areas, native animals and birds could co-exist with humans and farming, where fish habitat and natural ecosystems would be restored and preserved, and where innovative value added agriculture, like the distillery and farm gate retail, would allow for a financially viable farm for future generations. At Shelter Point Farm we do our best to keep pace with best farm practices, such as No Till Farming, Winter Cover Cropping, and Organic matter versus chemical fertilizer. Still Master Vodka The traditional use of copper stills and its influence in distill spirits allows it to leave flavour characteristics within the spirit as opposed to stripping out all the goodness and flavour. This is how a spirit should be treated. The proof is in the finished product. We take these spirits and infuse them with flavours, enhancing them to create a family of vodkas that are perfect sipped over ice. 11 Maple Leaf Spirits Penticton, BC The Okanagan Valley in Beautiful British Columbia is home to some of the finest fruits grown in Canada. Inspired by the delicious fruit, the thriving wine industry and tourism in the region, Jörg Engel and his wife Anette Engel, originally from Southern Germany, established Maple Leaf Spirits in 2005 in the Naramata Bench of Okanagan, one of the premier grape growing regions in Canada, thanks to the abundant sunshine, cooling lake breeze and optimal temperature range in the area. Maple Leaf Spirit is a European style distiller in the Okanagan, a founding member of the Craft Distillers Guild of BC. It is also the first fully licenced distillery in the South Okanagan. It is recognized for producing award winning Artisan Spirits from 100% BC fruit and grapes in their small batch artisan Craft Distillery.

12 Cherry Liqueur 375 ml, 25.0% alc/vol By marrying our small batch distilled Okanagan cherry brandy with Montmorency Tart cherries, we created this well balanced liqueur. This old cherry variety is high in antioxidants. Our Cherry Liqueur will surprise you with its intense fruity flavour, followed by a delightfully clean and crisp finish, making it a truly outstanding treat. On the Nose: Almond, Honey and Citrus On the Palate: Flowery honey notes, dark chocolate, very well balanced acidity and sweetness. By marrying our small batch distilled Okanagan cherry brandy with organically grown Maple Syrup from New Brunswick, we created this very special, well balanced Liqueur.
