Elegant, fat with a well balanced acidity structure. White wines - Cosmopolitan grape varieties Ktima Katsarou chardonnay/ Krania Olympos 41 Rich, thick and complex nose impresses and wins in the mouth, giving a result with time and wealth. 10 Red wines - Cosmopolitan grape varieties Domaine Gerovassiliou- Syrah/ Epanomi 42 This wine is richly structured and loaded with complex flavor reminiscent of dark fruits like blackberries and black cherries. On the palate it has a rich, round, opulent feel. The dark fruit character lingers along with subtle oak notes in the long supple finish. Red wines - MAGNUM Domaine Gerovassiliou Αvaton Magnum - limnio, mavrotragano, mavroudi, Epanomi 95 The wine is quite dark ruby and concentrated, elegant, with a pronounced bouquet of black fruits (flavors of ripe plum, cherry) and spices. On the palate gentle tannins enhanced with great fruit intensity, yet round and harmonious. The finish is spicy, long and persistent. Domaine Tselepos Kokkinomylos magnum/ Merlot / Rizes, Arcadia 100 Deep red color with a rich velvety texture. Aromas of ripe red fruits with a delicate presence of vanilla and chocolate. Smooth tannins and a long finish characterize this round, well-structured wine. DESSERT WINES Domaine Sigala Vinsanto 500ml / assyrtiko aidani / Oia Santorini 65 Wonderful complexity and spicy character, with strong and long lasting aromas of dried fruits, honey, roasted nuts, coffee grains, bitter chocolate and hints of adhesive. Honeyed mouth, velvety, with a lovely sweet and sour flavor and very good balance. Elegant and caramel aftertaste.
