4 About 3W We are importers of high quality, unique wines and spirits, mostly from Western, Central and Eastern Europe, as well as New Zealand and South Africa. 3W Beverage Importers is driven by the concept that there are many high quality undiscovered wines and spirits that never reach the market in the United States. We seek to be the conduit for these products into the markets interested in exploring exciting fine wines. In pursuit of our mission, we have and continue to develop solid business relationships with many high quality cellars and distillers around the globe, which enables our import house to deliver unique new wines and spirits to the market at competitive and sustainable prices. With headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia and Washington, DC and strategic partners in Hawaii, Michigan, Japan, Germany and Hungary, the 3W team provides quality service and is in a position to offer beverage producers worldwide access. We select wines that are true to type and classic in their flavors; focused and on target. Our selections tend to be fresh and bright and show good fruit/acid balance. We purchase only finished wines, as we understand that buying by barrel sample and not by finished wine can lead to major disappointment for both the importer and his clients. Our goal is to find wines that exceed expectations. How We Work As an agile small business, we make sourcing our fine wines and spirits from family owned and operated small business producers our priority. Our process of recruiting best in class wine and spirit producers for our portfolio focuses on hands-on visits to the facilities of our partners and determining if they utilize the best industry practices in producing their products. This method ensures that 3W Importers carries brands with the highest quality-to-value from wine and spirit houses that utilize clean and modern

For over 23 years the members of the firm have worked closely with all aspects of the wine and spirits industry (retailers, wholesalers and producers) and have developed an extensive network of personal relationships with high quality producers and decision-makers. We manage the compliance and logistic aspects of importing products into the United States and other global markets. Importer of Record Program 3W Beverage Importers offers quality wine and spirit producers the opportunity to join our Importer of Record Program. This service offers wine and spirit producers the ability to ship products into the United States for wine/spirit shows, tastings and for marketing purposes. 3W Beverage Importers will serve as your company s importer of record maintaining all of the requirements needed for you products to be shipped into the United States. How Does the Importer of Record Program Work? 1. Companies pay a periodic registration fee for which 3W Beverage Importers will act as your Importer of Record, maintain and update all of the necessary filings (CBP, TTB, FDA etc.) required by the US Federal Government and the various US state and territorial governments. You will need to provide 3W Beverage Importers with a list and an electronic version of the label of all the wines/spirits your company intends to ship into the US market so we can pre-register your products with the appropriate authorities. 2. Companies registered with 3W Beverage Importers Importer of Record Program pay a per event fee to facilitate COLA (Label) approvals or waivers on your behalf for your wine or spirits if necessary, customs clearance of your shipments and arrangement of any interstate transportation of your products. (This fee does not include CBP required customs clearance charges, duties and taxes.) For further information or and application please contact us.

13 St. Andrea: Pinot Noir Csakegyszóval 2012 Very complex, vibrant aromas with sweet cherry tones. Tasty, medium full-bodied, a rich Pinot Noir with nice flavours and a long aftertaste. A definite and tight structure. An elegantly rustic aftertaste with the notes of gentle tuff like stickling. 14 St. Andrea: Áldás Egri Bikavér 2013 Áldás is St. Andrea s classic Egri Bikavér. A juicy red wine with warm tones and an elegant structure illustrating the great potential of the wine region. The 2013 vintage has a special character. Warm aromas complemented by subtle spices and ripe fruit. Round, rich and complex on the palate. The tannins are firm yet surprisingly soft and tight. The playfulness of acids and minerality is especially exciting at the end of the aftertaste. 15 St. Andrea: Hangács Egri Bikavér 2012 Bikavér from Hangács cru, Demjén village. A very complex red wine showing the rustic character of the site and the power of Eger wine region. Exciting aromas, lots of fruit and flavour. The definite structure is the secret of the great potential of the wine. Warm and silky. A rich, fleshy Bikavér born in a remarkable cru. It is characterised by deep flavours, good solidity and great energy. Mysterious and exciting with a nice balance. A noble, elegant red wine from Eger. 17 St. Andrea: Napbor Egri Cuvee 2014 A classic Egri Csillag white wine. Lively, intense, a complex blended white wine with fresh fruity aromas whose character is enriched by short barrel ageing. Multi-layered, gentle, energetic and long lasting flavours with pleasant minerality at the end. 60 % of the base wine was fermented in stainless steel, 40% in barrels. 18 St. Andrea: Örökké 2013 Made from strictly selected white base wines. A compact, complex blend with elegant notes both on the nose and on the palate. Good length, fine notes of aging, the characteristic features of Eger region and refined minerality dominates in the wine. 19 Gal Tibor: Pinot Noir 2013 Nice ruby colour. Characteristic ripe Pinot Noir notes in the nose. Besides exciting combination of fruits,a hint of tobacco can be discovered in the fragrance. The wine brings the same exciting notes in mouth as fragrance promised: fruitiness and slight vanilla in great balance. If we leave to breath, opens excellently. Long, full after taste, great potential. An excellent choice with any food prepared from lamb and duck. Best serving temperature 18 C after at least half an hour of taking the air. 22 Heimann: BARBÁR 2012 Barbár the Barbarian is the flagship wine of our winery. It showcases all the virtues we expect from a great wine: finer shades and exciting aromas waiting to be explored, lots of fruit, depth, character and terroir expression adding up to a balanced whole. The name and the story behind it expresses the soul and character of Zoltán Heimann. Barbár was inspired by the great Hungarian composer Béla Bartók. As a response to the critics who dismissed Bartók s music as barbaric the composer wrote a piece with the title Allegro Barbaro. This mould-breaking, eclectic piano work shows some common traits with our Barbár: while it is undeniably powerful and highly expressive, it is also elegant, varied and magnetic. 36% Cabernet Franc, 28% Merlot, 18% Tannat, 17% Kékfrankos The youngest Barbár is obviously the most tense right now. Fine forest fruits, multicolored aroma, vibrant acidity. Balanced, not cumbersome. Its taste is long and enjoyable. Production: 15,268 bottles and 200 magnums Alcohol: 15% vol. 23 Takler: Bikavér 2013 A traditional blend of selected grapes. Based on Kékfrankos and Merlot, complemented by Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet franc and Kadarka. A full-bodied wine with complex flavours, velvety character and red berry fruits. The representative of the top Bikavér wines. Ageing: 16 months in 70% used barrels and 30% in new Hungarian oak barrels. Packaging: 750 ml Alcohol: 14,5% vol. 32 Ormonde: Cabernet Sauvignon 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon is an exciting cultivar to work with, challenging our winemaker to produce top quality wines. Produced from dry land conditions, the berries are very small and concentrated with perfect balance of aromas, colourand ripe tannins. Each barrel of wine is unique and can display subtle differences originating from different coopers, forest, tightness of grain, age, toasting and flavor profile. With meticulous care our Proprietor selects and blends the best barrels to bring you this premium wine. Appellation: Wine of Origin Darling Varieties: 100 % Cabernet Sauvignon Harvest date: March 2011 Analysis: % alcohol T.A. 6.0 g/l ph 3.60 R/Sugar 2.1 g/l Fermentation: Fermented at 28 C in open fermenters. Punch down occurring twice daily with further pump over to soak the fermentation cap. After fermentation 10 days on the grape skin for maximum colour, flavour and tannin extract. Optimum Drinkability: 5 15 years Aroma: Black pepper, vanilla, toasty oak and flamed berries complemented by black berry fruit and spice on the palate. 33 Ormonde: Shiraz 2013 Shiraz is highly adaptable and flourishes in many wine regions of South Africa. The windy conditions on our estate leads to a small canopy, focusing the plants energy onto the grapes. Intense, bold, smoldering, powerful, luscious. This is what you will experience from this wine. Aroma: A lovely savoury nose evolving into wild aniseed and spice. Dark fruits complement the hints of spice. Finish: Well integrated tannins with a smooth and elegant finish. Aged in French oak barrels for 16 months. 40% new oak. Food Pairing: Oxtail in rich port and balsamic sauce slow cooked till it falls from the bone. Varieties: 100 % Shiraz Harvest date: March 2013 Analysis: % alcohol T.A. 6.0 g/l ph 3.56 R/Sugar 3.1 g/l Fermentation: Fermented with the classic French Punch down method to extract maximum colour and flavour. 34 Ormonde: Pinot Noir 2014 Pinot Noir is elegance, is mystique, is pensive. Known as the heartbreak grape due to its difficult growing condition or the tender love and care needed to extract the sweet nectar and flavourfrom the berries during fermentation. But if you succeed, this Pinot Noir is like the voluptuous body of a woman hiding behind the dress, showcasing glimpses of its potential. Aroma: A bowl of flamed red berries greets the nose with hints of earthiness and the faintest impression of perfume on the palate. Finish: Firm tannin structure, balanced and well integrated. An elegant wine. Barrel aged in 2nd and 3rd fill French Oak. Food Pairing: Waterblommetjieand lamb stew with freshly grounded 3W ID:

35 Ormonde: Chardonnay 2013 An elegant and well balanced wine with well integrated barrel component. This is the closest you will get to Burgundy in South Africa. Aroma: White peach, lemon zest and sweet vanilla and toasty oak complemented by creamy citrus flavours and crisp acidity. Finish: Long finish well balanced wine. Aged in French oak for 7 months. 50% new oak. Food pairing: Chargrilled pink Norwegian Salmon and freshly squeezed lime, or Green Thai curry on bed of fragrant basmati rice. 36 Ormonde: Sauvignon Blanc 2015 Sauvignon Blanc from the Darling appellation is very aromatic, due to part of the uniqueness and the location of the terroir. We set out to produce a wine which offers more focus on the structure of the palate. Although challenging this wine offers a new dimension of length and concentration on the palate. Comments: The Ormonde Sauvignon is an unwooded Sauvignon made from the very best grapes we select on the Ormonde Estate. Aroma: An explosion of tropical fruit with gooseberry and ripe figs being prominent. The palate shows striking minerality with lovely green pepper undertones. Finish: Creamy texture with a long lingering mid palate and zesty acidity. Food Pairing: Steamed seawater crayfish with homemade mayonnaise. 3W ID:
