1 OUR WHITES Cable Bay Awatere Valley Sauvignon Blanc 2015, Marlborough An elegant example of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc from our Awatere Valley vineyard. Lemon zest and lime blossom, guava and almond aromas mingle on the nose. It has a fresh, invigorated palate with incredible focus and a dry finish. Expressive of the unique Awatere Valley region, this wine is delicate and complex, with incredible minerality. Cable Bay Reserve Sauvignon Blanc 2015, Marlborough Pistachio, mandarin blossom, toasted coriander seed, flinty struck match and guava aromas all come together in a striking fusion. The palate has lovely toasty backbone surrounded by fine structure, zesty acidity and nice fruit weight through the mid-palate. The finish goes on and on for miles, I can still taste it now; 10 minutes after tasting. Cable Bay Awatere Valley Pinot Gris 2015, Marlborough Arriving from Marlborough s Awatere Valley, this wine exhibits an incredible bouquet of nectarine, roasted almonds, jasmine and citrus aromas. The palate is luscious, balanced and long, with lovely mineral acidity and great length. Cable Bay Viognier 2015, Waiheke Island Nectarine, apricot, caramelised apple tart and thyme flower combine to form a rich, delightful nose. The use of acacia wood and French oak barrels and ageing on lees have imparted an extra dimension to the flavour profile of this wine; lovely texture with spicy complexity, juicy fruit and balancing acidity.

2 OUR WHITES Cable Bay Awatere Valley Chardonnay 2014, Marlborough Arriving from Marlborough s Awatere Valley, this wine exhbits an incredible bouquet of nectarine,orange blossom, lemon cake and macadamia, with little hints of basil adorn the nose. The palate has a stony minerality that is found in all our withes from this vineyard. It is deeply refreshing with lovely texture and great complexity. The flavours resonate and linger on the finish for an age; delicious. Cable Bay Chardonnay 2015, Waiheke Island A departure in style from what is traditionally thought of for Waiheke Chordonnay, this wine is a stand out from the fantastic 2014 vintage. Almond, blood orange, white peach and a struck match type flintiness embellishes the nose. Delicate and juicy acidity forms the building blocks of a charming palate There is great phenolic texture which gives the wine incredible length and persistence. A memorable wine; we are very proud of it. Cable Bay Reserve Chardonnay 2014, Waiheke Island 95 Roasted almonds, preserved lemon and peach characters only begin to scratch the surface of an abundant aroma profile. The wild yeast fermentation has created complexity and lifted aromatics, backed up with nice fruit concentration and oak intregration. The palate is defined by some nice acidity; enough to be light on its feet, yet with focus and direction. A voluptuous brassy blonde woman wearing a Chanel suit Cable Bay Chardonnay 2010, Waiheke Island, NZ 95 This is a very limited release from our Wne Library. A wine displaying layers of flavour and interest - the result of a range of vineyard sites combined with traditional winemaking techniques. Upfront tropical and stonefruit characters are complemented by a creamy, biscuity mid-palate. The lingering finish has a nutty complexity and traces of minerality. Restrained use of oak has maintained the elegance of this wine.

3 OUR ROSÉS Cable Bay Awatere Valley Rosé 2016, Marlborough Bright and pretty all-round Tamarillo, watermelon, rose and pomegranate characters adorn the nose. The palate is full and juicy, with vibrancy, wonderful balance and a refreshing dry finish. A gem from a fantastic vintage in Awatere Valley. Cable Bay Rosé 2016, Waiheke Island 75 Roasted almonds, preserved lemon and peach characters. An elegant Rosé with evocative flavour and lovely balance. French strawberry, rose petal, peach and cardamom aromas lightly mingle on the nose. The palate is bone dry, with almost a chalky texture, supported by juicy plum and pink grapefruit flavours. OUR REDS Cable Bay Awatere Pinot Noir 2015, Marlborough 65 Bright and pretty all-round. Rose, Campari, cherry and redcurrant characters adorn the nose. The site where this Pinot was grown is expressed wonderfully, especially on the palate; a delicate minerally texture has ensued from the riverstone built soils. The palate is vibrant, light on its feet with wonderful balance and a distinguished tannin structure Cable Bay Pinot Noir 2014, Central Otago Elegant and complex, this wine is bursting with roses, earl grey, redcurrant and poached plum. The palate is supple and beautifully focused, with juiciness and balance indicative of the fantastic vintage in Gibbston in Cable Bay Reserve Pinot Noir 2013, Central Otago 105 An incredibly perfumed nose of red rose, Campari, redcurrant, toasted caraway seeds and thyme. The palate is supple and defined with bright fruit supported by structural tannin and a real linearity of this site. It has silky texture which is deeply enjoyable; one to drink with or without food, it is capable of greatness in both spheres.

4 OUR REDS Cable Bay Reserve Syrah 2013, Waiheke Island 145 This wine is a result of our ongoing Reserve wine program and has been awarded one of New Zealand s Best Syrahs. Produced from specially selected Edwards Vineyard fruit, a combination of native and selected yeast strains were used to add interest to the palate. After fermentation, the wine was barrel aged in French oak for 18 months before bottling. This wine is the best Reserve Syrah Cable Bay has ever produced. Cable Bay Syrah 2014, Waiheke Island A picture of elegance. Another world class ballerina has entered the building; all muscle, wrapped up in delicacy and grace. Violets, brambles, fresh coffee bean, rose. This wine has a certain child feel about it which I can t put my finger on. The palate is seamless, with the fruit being the star of the show. It has great integration of oak and tannin, it s harmonious, the length prodigious. This is what Waiheke Syrah can do! Cable Bay Five Hills Merlot Malbec 2014, Waiheke Island Leather, sticky date pudding, totara and black doris plum aromas wholeheartedly fill the nose. This is a powerful, complex beauty. The palate is rich, with great tannin structure and a marvellous juiciness which persists through to a lengthy and nourishing finish. Cable Bay Limited Edition Cabernet Sauvignon 2013, Waiheke Island 90 This Limited Edition wine is a stunning expression of New Zealand Cabernet. After a 2 week period of post-fermentation maceration, the free-run wine only was pressed to a French oak barrique for 24 months maturation. It has great mid palate weight and powerful drive through to a long finish. OUR SWEET WINE (375mL) Cable Bay Sweet Gloria Late Harvest Viognier 2014, Waiheke Island The beautiful deep colour of this wine couples with an amazing aroma of candied rind, juicy apricots and jasmine. On the palate the wine is rich, yet surprisingly light on its feet, with a real undertone reminiscent of butter and marmalade on toast in the morning
