Niagara Falls encourages you to schedule some well-deserved leisure time before or after the CSAE National Conference Program to enjoy a few of the awe-inspiring wonders of our Niagara Region. If you re more inclined to roll up your sleeves and get down & dirty, lend a charity hand assisting two of our community programs to prepare for the upcoming winter holiday season. Actually, since we have your attention, why not do both. The choice is yours! That s the idea behind Niagara s Pre & Post City Adventures CHOICES! It s your time, we want YOU to choose activities that work best with YOUR schedule and suit YOUR interests. We recognize one size does not fit all. 2 Morning Activity Track History Adventure Charity Give Back Big Egos, Broken Hearts & Bowed Legs A Niagara History Tour of Epic Proportions This tour will feature it all war, armaments, international intrigue, torn loyalties and theft on a grand scale all before lunch! Join us as local historians in full battle dress take us through the behind the scenes at Fort George and down the storied streets of Niagara we promise you will never look at Canadian history the same way! Water, water everywhere and not a drop to drink! Niagara Up, Down and All Around Let s start at the class 6 rapids shall we? Right at the river s edge careful! Then we will go up, waaaaay up on a Niagara Helicopters Bell helicopter to look down at Niagara Falls from a bird s eye view. Then, finally, we will put both feet firmly on the ground and head over to Queenston Heights the final resting place of General Brock and the only monument in Canada funded and built for an Army General by the locals - and a sneak peek into what made Brock so special! Project Share Niagara Falls This morning we will spend some time creating grooming kits for the Project Share Christmas basket drop offs. With the generous donations of our local hospitality partners and a bit of elbow grease from you we will create kits for the clients of Project Share to enjoy over the holiday season.

4 Afternoon Activity Track Winery Charity Give Back Golf Anyone? Trius Art of the Blend Truis Winery, Guests will participate in blending teams and be asked to create their own unique blend. Teams will name and bottle their own blends and each member will take their bottle home with a customized label as a memory of the experience. The final blends will be judged by our Wine Consultant and the winning team will receive special recognition. This unique Trius experience allows your guests a behind the scenes look at the winemaking process. Red Roof Retreat Included in the Niagara s optional social activities will be the opportunity to visit the Red Roof Retreat and assist with preparing their barn for their upcoming winter season; raking leaves, turning gardens, preparing for Halloween. We might be in the barn or the field, so please dress for the weather and the farm. Whirlpool Golf Course, Niagara Parks Commission Niagara Falls We invite you to put more GREENS in your diet by experiencing 18 holes of golf at the Niagara Parks Commission s historical Whirlpool Golf Course. Dinner Show, Niagara Falls It s time to do the Time Warp again! The cast of the Oh Canada Eh? Theatre is about to take this cult classic from the big screen to the stage. Join them for a night filled with chills, thrills, lingerie and a lot of audience participation as the biggest and best rock musical of them all returns to Niagara Falls. Don t dream it, be it! as the Oh Canada Eh? Theatre presents Richard O Brien s Rocky Horror Show! Please note that this is a post dinner event. Ghost Walk in NOTL Did you know they claim Niagaraon-the-Lake to be the most haunted town? This post dinner stroll will feature abandoned Forts, cemeteries and haunted houses; all in the dark, and on Halloween - YIKES!
