2 WHAT IS IT ELIVO is a non alcoholic wine made from de-alcoholized Spanish quality wines through a physical process that respects the main characteristics of the original wine. The dealcoholized wine is obtained by applying smooth and controlled increases of temperature and pressure to the original wine, which allows to eliminate the alcohol without altering the other characteristics of the original product. DE-ALCOHOLIZATION PROCESS The dealcoholization process consists in a small increase of temperature and pressure enough to eliminate the alcohol completely. This new procedure use continuous vacuum rectification, which ensures a gentle removal of alcohol. The main characteristics of this process are: Selective alcohol separation with minimal aroma loss. This process allows us to preserve in de final product almost all the flavor, aroma and quality of the original wine. Gentle de-alcoholization using low temperature vacuum technology. Complete de-alcoholization Operation with hot water or steam Industrial alcohol as subsidiary end product, ready for immediate marketing HOW WAS THE IDEA BORN The idea arises from an investigation project that studies the beneficial effects of wine on human health. The first investigation carried out demonstrated that a moderate wine consumption is able to reduce the blood platelet aggregation and increase the vasodilatation. However the presence of alcohol in wine reduces these beneficial effects, that s we decided to take a step more, eliminating the component that causes toxicity: the alcohol. The further investigation was focused on the de-alcoholization of wine to obtain a product the most possible similar to the original wine where the alcohol has been removed. Once this new product was obtained, tests of effects on the cardiovascular system were realized, obtaining results that demonstrated the benefits of non alcoholic wine consumption on human health. In addition, ELIVO, has a 80% less calories than a traditional wine, which increases its benefits for the health. In 2009, our company made the first wine bottling without alcohol that was destined mainly to promotions and national market. We consider year 2010 as the year of settlement of non alcoholic wine in the market, therefore our product image was redesigned creating our label ELIVO. Nowadays the production capacity of our company surpasses the million and half bottles per year.

3 HEALTH BENEFITS OF DE-ALCOHOLIZED WINE The World Health Organization (WHO) has demonstrated that a moderate wine consumption is beneficial for health. The benefits of wine consumption are several: Reduces the risk of death by cardiovascular diseases. Aid to fight the aging thanks to its content in resveratrol and other polyphenols. Reduces the risks associated with cholesterol (LDL). Improves the look of the skin, maintaining it younger and brighter. However, to obtain these positive effects derived from the consumption of wine it is necessary to consume superior amounts to the recommendable ones due to the alcoholic content of this product. In the other hand, wine consumption must be moderate to avoid the problems associated to the alcohol consumption that overcomes the previously listed benefits (causes cardiovascular problems, hepatic diseases, anxiety, increase the risk of tumors, etc.) In order to solve this situation ELIVO has created the EVOLUTION OF WINE. ELIVO de-alcoholized wines keep all the benefits of wine consumption avoiding the disadvantages of alcohol consumption, since our de-alcoholization process keeps the flavonoids, tannins, polyphenols and bioactive molecules that are responsible for the previously indicated benefits. ELIVO de-alcoholized wines are targeting to a society each day more and more worried about health issues and that does not want to give up to the pleasure of savoring a good wine and enjoying the culture and ritual associated to this product with thousands of years of tradition. Very clean aroma, fresh, sensual and brimming with personality. It presents attractive notes of apple and refreshing notes of mango, pineapple and melon. In the background we can detect a smoky mineral nature combined with floral notes of valerian. Slight aeration reveals the full complexity of its aromas. Ripe fruit and a vegetal character full of finesse and elegance. TASTE. Well balanced with a good structure. It displays a perfect combination of slight sweetness with nuances of citrus acidity. Complexity in the mouth is combined with freshness and long silky finish. Final impressions are full of splendid memories of ripe fruit. MATCHING. It presents medium-size bubbles with moderate persistence that fall into rosaries and crown structures on the surface of the glass. It is made with selected white wines of Airén and Sauvignon Blanc varieties whose combination offers a fruity, light and fresh result. Visually it hits even before opening the bottle, with it lively and brightly colored packaging. It has a very clean appearance with a greenish yellow color that suggests freshness. SMELL.
