4 FR001 AOC Beaujolais Villages Gamay (Alc. 12.5%) Burgundy,France,2016 Appellation : AOC Beaujolais Villages Grape variety : Gamay 100% Region : Beaujolais Villages Country : France Vintage : 2016 Colour : Red Alcohol by volume : 12.5% Harvest : Manual Vineyard : This appellation s vines are mainly planted in slightly clayey, granitic soils. This environment lends our Beaujolais Villages its light structure and remarkable freshness. Vinification : Whole bunches of Gamay grapes are vinified according to a specific method known as the ''Beaujolaise''. Relatively short fermentation vatting periods are followed by several months of maturation in order to refine the wine's structure and enhance its aromatic profile. Tasting : This Beaujolais village is garnet red with ruby tinges. It has an alluring bouquet of red and black fruits. Its luscious texture coats the palate and lingers on the seductive, rich and elegant finish. Food and wine pairing : Enjoy with poultry, light-flavoured cheeses and charcuterie.

Horizon du Sud is a wine produced from a single grape variety. This Syrah is produced from carefully selected wines from the Mediterranean region, renowned for their intense fruit aromas and round structure. Vinification : This wine undergoes direct pressing before being vinified in temperature controlled stainless steel vats. It is aged during 6 months before being bottled immediately in order to preserve its fresh fruit Tasting : Clear and bright colour with red reflections. The nose has little berry notes. The palate is Light and balanced, we can find flavor of red and black berry. Tannins are subtle and soft. Food and wine pairing : Withe game meats.

24 AW001 BURONGA HILL ESTATE Sauvignon Blanc Sauvignon Blanc (Alc. 12.0%) South Eastern Australia, 2016 Region: South Eastern Australia Colour: Delicate green with lime hues Aroma: Ripe tropical fruits of melon and mango with herbaceous aromas of grass, capsicum and asparagus. Palate: This is a full-flavoured wine with the classic characters of passionfruit, cut grass and hints of peach. These great varietal flavours are perfectly balanced with a clean and crisp feel and a zesty lime finish. Food: The clean, crisp characters of Sauvignon Blanc make it a perfect accompaniment to lighter style dishes particularly seafood and fresh pasta.. Notes: To get the best characters out of the Sauvignon Blanc varietal minimal input from the winemaker is necessary. The fruit was harvested in the cool of the night and then crushed so the juice could be clarified prior to fermentation. The fermentation occurred in stainless steel vats where a selected yeast strain was introduced to further enhance the varietal fruit flavours and aromas. Early bottling ensured the natural freshness of this was captured ready to be enjoyed. Tech: Alc 12.0%

The free run portions of Semillon and Chardonnay were used in this wine to maintain the light delicate floral fruit aromas. A portion of the juice for this wine was fermented then held on lees to add complexity and body. The balance was cold-fermented in stainless steel to enhance the fruit characters. Drink now Alc13.0%
