Tenuta Sant'Anna, Prosecco Extra Dry (NV) Wine - Sparkling - White Producer Tenuta Sant'Anna Veneto, Italy Grapes Glera, Glera Appellation Prosecco SKU Tenuta Anna Prosecco ExDry UPC Straw-colored yellow of medium intensity. In the glass, it is characterized by a crown of dense and particulate foam that forms for a considerable amount of time with tiny bubbles. There are scents of acacia, peach, and pear flowers on the nose. It is easy and pleasant to taste, initially cool and soft on the palate, giving way to fruity traces. Perfect as an aperitif or during the entire meal, it pairs especially well with seafood and shellfish. Also a delectable treat with sweets. VINIFICATION Harvested grapes are de-stemmed and crushed gently. The must obtained is transferred to steel vats where fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures. Then the process of transforming to sparkling wine begins: a selection of yeasts is put in the tanks which, over a period of 4 months will transform the wine into a refined sparkling wine. This wine is bursting with apricot, nectarine, lemon zest, grapefruit, and minerals. The wine s acidity makes it a

perfect partner to crab or lobster, but is also enjoyable by itself. VINEYARD NOTES All of the Pinot Gris comes from our estate vineyards in Salem: Delaney, Hylo and St Jory. In the St. Jory vineyard the vines are spaced 5 x 8 : the older vineyards, Delaney and Hylo, use 6x9 spacing. The soil in these vineyards is primarily Jory, a weak volcanic ash and rock type that promotes low-yielding vines. Vineyard practices are the leading factor in high quality fruit, and the vineyard management follows a strict regime. Shoot thinning is performed early in the year: after fruit set, leaves are removed in the fruit zone on the east side of the vines. Later, the clusters are counted and thinned to a maximum of 28 clusters per vine. Once the grapes have achieved 75% color, a final cluster thinning is performed to remove any green or second crop clusters. The average yield is 2 tons per acre. 100% Pinot Gris Vineyard sites: 82.1% St. Jory Vyd., 11.9% Delaney Vyd., 6% Hylo Vyd. Fermentation: 100% stainless steel fermentation. Their Pinot Noir, made from all estate-grown fruit, is their flagship wine. Both the Pinot Noir and the Pinot Gris are sourced from their St. Jory, Hylo, and Delaney vineyards, located in the cooler Willamette Valley AVA. Their Coles Valley Vineyard, located in the warmer Umpqua Valley AVA and is planted primarily to Dijon clones of Pinot Noir.Their vineyards in Washington s Columbia Valley is the home of their Desert Wind line of wines. They are dedicated to warm climate varietals Cab, Chard, Merlot, Syrah and are located in a rare Zone 3 climate that contributes to rich, structured ripening of fruit and bold, lush wines. HISTORY Despite its status as one of the larger wine producers in Oregon, Duck Pond Cellars remains small at heart and is a familyowned winery through and through. Originally from California s Central Valley, lifelong farmers Doug and Jo Ann Fries moved their young family to the small Central Oregon town of Sunriver in the early 1980s. In 1984, they purchased property along the banks of the Willamette River in Dundee, Oregon, where they planted a 500-acre hazelnut orchard. As devoted wine aficionados, they also planted a small 13-acre vineyard with the hopes of producing a few hundred cases of their own wine. In 1990 son Greg Fries began college at UC Davis with the intent to study agribusiness. An elective course in enology sparked a new interest, though, and he changed his focus to learn the art and skills of winemaking. As daughter Lisa neared her own college graduation, the four family members crafted a plan to begin their own small winery in Dundee. On Memorial Day Weekend of 1993, Duck Pond Cellars opened its doors to the public for the first time, named in honor of the family home on Sunriver s Duck Pond Lane. The initial offerings totaled around 1,000 cases, which were mostly hand sold by the family to their tasting room customers. In the early to mid-90s, the family continued acquiring land throughout the Northwest that they felt would be suitable for vineyards. Wishing to try their hand at warmer-climate varietals, they purchased a large parcel on Eastern Washington s Wahluke Slope where they planted a wide variety of grapes including Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah. Dubbed Desert Wind Vineyard, the vineyard has supplied fruit for Duck Pond wines, as well as the family s Washington State brand, Desert Wind, launched in 2001 to showcase the exceptional fruit from the vineyard. In Oregon, the family has focused exclusively on Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir. Their plantings include a total of five vineyards in the Willamette Valley--Hylo, Delaney, St. Jory, Willow Creek, and the Duck Pond Estate Vineyard. All of these vineyards were planted between 1991 and Their most recent purchase was a large plot of land in Southern Oregon s Umpqua Valley, which they call Coles Valley Vineyard. Formerly in pasture, the acreage was planted to a variety of Pinot Noir clones between 2009 and The cuttings for the vineyard were hand-grafted and readied for planting in four greenhouses on the Hylo Vineyard. OREGON VINEYARDS Duck Pond Estate Vineyard (Willamette Valley AVA) Originally planted in Chardonnay in 1992, the 12-acre estate vineyard surrounds Duck Pond's Dundee, Oregon, winery and tasting room. In addition to allowing our winery visitors an up-close look at a working vineyard, its gentle east-southeast slope is ideal for growing vinifera grapes. Originally planted in Chardonnay, the Fries family replanted the site to Pinot noir clones (Pommard, 115, 777 and Mariafeld) in Hylo, Delaney, St. Jory & Willow Creek Vineyards (Willamette Valley AVA) Located in the South Salem Hills, these four vineyard sites are planted in Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris and total over 270 planted acres. These vineyards lie approximately 60 miles inland from the Pacific Ocean on the southern side of the gently sloping

foothills of Oregon's Coastal Range. Despite the Willamette Valley's reputation for rain, summers here are mostly dry and mild, allowing the grapes to ripen slowly over the summer months. The region is known for its red Jory soil, a fairly poor-quality clay-based soil type that causes the vines to struggle, benefiting the overall quality of the grapes and forcing the vine to put its energy into ripening the fruit rather than producing foliage. In past vintages, we have produced a single-vineyard Pinot Noir from the St. Jory Vineyard, as well as a special blend from these vineyard sites, designated as our "Jory Cuvee" Pinot Noir. Coles Valley Vineyard (Umpqua Valley AVA) Acquired in 2008, this 358-acre parcel lies near the small southern Oregon town of Sutherlin, approximately 45 miles inland from the Pacific Ocean. A region of undulating hills, the area is warmer than the Willamette Valley, yet cooler than the neighboring Rogue and Applegate AVAs. Father-son team Doug and Greg Fries oversaw all aspects of the planting of this vineyard site, including grafting the grapevines to rootstock prior to planting. Planting was completed in phases between 2009 and 2012, with an additional small planting slated for Today the site features 250 acres of Pinot Noir (clones include 115, 667, 777 and Mariafeld). The first harvest from this site occurred in fall of La Forge Estate, Vin de Pays d'oc Chardonnay (2014) Wine - Still - White Producer La Forge Estate Languedoc-Roussillon, France Grape Chardonnay Appellation Vin de Pays d'oc SKU La Forge Chardonnay This wine is bright gold straw color with yellow tints. Elegant flavors of tropical fruits, hazelnuts, and pineapple, lime-blossom and quince aromas with a hint of vanilla and toasted bread. This is a rich and mellow wine with a good acidic balance and a long finish. Jean-Claude Mas has significantly grown and enhanced Domaines Paul Mas with the acquisition of several carefully selected properties throughout the Languedoc. His portfolio of estates now accounts for over 440 acres of premium vineyards, planted with 25 different varieties, including Syrah, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Viognier and Chardonnay. Above all else, his vineyards are maintained at the utmost quality so as to yield the highest caliber grapes. La Forge Estate wines symbolize the fusion of the old and the new worlds of wine, as well as the fusion between carefully selected grapes from the best South of France vineyards and an expressive, round and aromatic style, brightened up by a subtle dose of oak barrel ageing. Duck Pond Cellars, Pinot Noir (2015) Producer Duck Pond Cellars Oregon, United States Grape Pinot Noir SKU DP Pinot Noir WINEMAKER S NOTES The 2013 growing season was warm and dry until heavy September rains presented additional challenges just before harvest. This Pinot Noir is more delicate and subtle in style than the massive 2012 vintage, exhibiting more traditional "feminine" Pinot characteristics such as rose petal and raspberry on the nose and palate. Fans of cool climate Pinot Noir will love its lean mineral notes and bright acidity; these characteristics also make this wine an excellent food partner. VINEYARD NOTES Our St. Jory, Hylo, and Delaney vineyards are located in the cooler Willamette Valley AVA and are planted with the traditional Pommard clone. The Coles Valley Vineyard located in the warmer Umpqua Valley AVA and is planted primarily to Dijon clones. This Pinot Noir combines the best aspects from each vineyard with a distinct sense of the rich terroir of Oregon. Vineyard practices are the leading factor in high quality fruit, and the vineyard management follows a strict regime. ABOUT MONTEVIEJO The Pere Verge family, more than just being owners of Monteviejo, Chateau Le Gay and Chateau La Violette, are a family devoted to making exceptional wines of terroir, power and elegance. Following the hemispheric seasons, winemaker Marcelo Pelleritti and his team are producing world class wines both in Mendoza and Bordeaux. Bodega Monteviejo is owned and operated by the Péré-Vergé family of Pomerol's Chateau Le Gay. Yields are kept low and the vineyard is vertically trained. The wines made at this very special property in Argentina are treated with the same dedication and care as those of the finest wines of Bordeaux

THE PÉRÉ-VERGÉ FAMILY The Péré-Vergé family, more than just being the owners of the Bodega Monteviejo winery are a family passionate about the great wines of the world. Under the entrepreneurial vision and driven nature of Catherine, the family came to Argentina at the end of the 1990s in order to build a winery in one of their favourite places in the world. Since the passing of Catherine in 2013, her family has been led by Henry Parent who continues with untiring passion to make great wines in Argentina. THE PROPERTY The land comprises 130 hectares at between 1000 and 1200 meters above sea-level in Vista Flores, Tunuyan, 120km south of Mendoza city. The land s slopes face the North and East giving them better sun exposure in the Southern Hemisphere. Situated in the Clos de los Siete countryside, the construction of the winery began in 2001, and the first harvest was made in With a total surface of 8500m2, Monteviejo counts on a gravitational system with a double selection table for bunches and grapes. The objective is to transport the raw material without using pumps, taking care not to damage it in any part of the process. From the harvest to the bottling passing down through barrels for aging the wine moves along carried only by gravity. CATHERINE PÉRÉ-VERGÉ Catherine Péré-Vergé ( ), was one of the great Bordeaux wines revolutionaries, and, at the time, was the only woman making wine in Bordeaux. In Pomerol, this iron-willed manager found her home and raised Montviel, Le Gay or La Violette to the highest standards, always with the continued support of her friend Michel Rolland. Catherine Péré Vergé showed her visionary character with a good dose of perfectionism, convinced that perfection is obtained by the sum of very precise details. Her trajectory has proven her right. She began at Montviel, reached the summit with Le Gay, and acquired her respectability with La Violette where she reached her objectives in only a few vintages. She also was the engine driving the Clos des 7 in Argentina, being the first to construct her bodega alongside Michel Rolland. The northern heiress to the Cristalleries d Arques, tenacity was her only watchword, as she took her commitment from the Pomerol countryside all the way to the vines of Mendoza. WINEMAKER MARCELO PELLERITI Marcelo is one of the great leaders of winemaking in Argentina and on an international level. He is a young professional, who learned at the right hand of Michel Rolland how to interpret the vineyard and make wines that stand out in the world. For the last 14 years he has directed the harvests in Bordeaux at Chateau La Violette and Chateau Le Gay. Every September and October, Pelleriti goes to France for the harvest after having managed our harvest season at Monteviejo. His experience made him the first Argentine winemaker to obtain a 100 point rating from Robert Parker s magazine with a French wine while concurrently achieving high ratings for Argentine wines. La Forge Estate, Vin de Pays d'oc Cabernet Sauvignon (2014) Producer La Forge Estate Languedoc-Roussillon, France Grape Cabernet Sauvignon Appellation Vin de Pays d'oc SKU La Forge Cabernet ' This wine has intense scents of red berries, red pepper and tobacco notes underlined with cocoa and spicy vanilla aromas. Pago de los Capellanes, Ribera del Duero Reserva (2012) Producer Pago de los Capellanes Castilla y León, Spain Appellation Ribera del Duero SKU Pago Reserva

ORIGINS In the 14th century, a chaplainry existed in the village of Pedrosa de Duero. The inhabitants of the village donated small parcels of land to the chaplains in appreciation for the religious duties that they performed in the area. Over time, the chaplainry came to have a sizeable landholding. Some 500 years later, in 1855, the properties of the church and clergy were given over to the city council as part of the Ecclesiastical Confiscations of Mendizábal. Despite this, the inhabitants of Pedrosa continued to call the area Pago de los Capellanes in honour of the chaplains. The estate was home to vineyards, cultivated for generations. Today, these have grown to become one of the most prestigious wineries in the Ribera del Duero region. VINEYARDS The vineyards of Pago de los Capellanes only grow Tinto Fino or Tempranillo grapes, the variety indigenous to the Ribera del Duero region. Although the winery was initially founded with just a few select vines, we have expanded year after year with plantings of our best clones.the plants that show the best adaptation to the soil and climate are selected in the field for further plantings. This ensures ample variety of parcels in the vineyard. Each plot receives personalised care matching its unique features, so that we can harvest the best possible fruit. We also limit our production, allowing us to conduct strict quality control on the product and carefully monitor each and every batch of wine we bottle. In the vineyards, we harvest kg of grapes per hectare well below the kg allowed by the Regulatory Council of the Ribera del Duero region to guarantee the highest quality in our base materials. Pago de los Capellanes is divided into 35 parcels, each of whose fruit is processed separately. In the months leading up to the harvest, we take samples from each parcel twice daily, once in the morning and once in the afternoon. We then use these samples to analyse the evolution of the grape clusters, pressing one hundred berries from each parcel and studying their degree of maturity. It is not until early October, when the grapes are at their finest, that we begin to harvest the fruit from the vines. The average daytime temperature at that time of year is 25oC. At night, it falls to 5oC. This contrast aids the maturation of the fruit and heightens the alcohol content, colour and tannins, while helping to maintain a well balanced acidity. PRODUCTION The winemaking process takes place in a large underground chamber at the winery, with ceilings 33 feet (10 metres) above the floor. Here, our wines age in new French oak wine barrels (1 to 3 years) until they reach optimal maturity for blending or coupage. We have assembled a selection 22 types of French oak with different levels of air dryness (24 to 60 months) and toasting depending on the wood s origins (Alier, Nevers, central France) to assist in the aging process. WINERY Our desire to save eight centuries-old walnut trees in the vineyards was decisive as to where to establish the winery. From the very beginning, we chose a design that drew attention to these pre-existing trees, creating a sort of patio around which to carry out the various operations of the winery. A continuous, fluid cloak of ivy covers the entire building, making it blend naturally into the surrounding landscape. The walnut trees, majestic in their age, further enhance the beauty of this space. The first phase was completed in 1996 and consists of a rectangular building on the west side of the walnut patio. It is where the grapes are first brought in after harvest and houses the fermentation tanks. Far from being forgotten, the winemaking building was expanded several years later to accommodate the winery s current production capacity. This means that the highly anticipated moment of bringing in and selecting the grapes always takes place in the same part of the winery, making it a point of reference for the start of the each season. Three years later, we began a large-scale expansion, both in terms of volume of production and in architecture at the winery. The first step in this new phase was the aging cellar. Set ten metres underground at the north side of the patio, it is where the wines are aged and matured in barrels. The structure of exposed concrete arches is so majestic that it virtually exudes the respect and tranquillity inherent in the aging of wine. The second step was the shipping and bottling building on the east side of the patio. For this, we carried out an exercise in mimesis with the surrounding environment. The characteristic shape of the Cuesta Manvirgo, a mountain in the area, informed the trapezoidal lines of the new building. In 2010, we rounded out the winery with the social building. Conceived as a sort of nexus between the various facilities, it stands pure and low on the north side of the patio above the aging cellar. Here is where we receive guests, begin tours and develop our relationships with others. It is a clear, open space that frames the spectacular views through the large pane windows and creates a fluid, friendly path. It is where we welcome everyone who comes to be a part of our history and the history of our wines. REGION

Pago de los Capellanes is located barely a kilometre from the village of Pedrosa de Duero, nestled deep in the heart of the Ribera del Duero region of Spain. I Giusti & Zanza, Dulcamara (2011) Producer I Giusti & Zanza Tuscany, Italy Grapes Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot Appellation Toscana SKU Igiusti Dulcamara Dulcamara (the doctor selling the magic love potion in the Opera) is truly an elixir of love! A blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, 25% Merlot, and 5% Petite Verdot, this wine is aged in 300 liter medium toast French oak Tonneaux (about 50% new oak) for 18 months. This wine is big and brooding, but complex and intricate at the same time. A perfect balance of the opulent style of the region and a true expression of the vineyards. Rich in tannins, the fruit however, is soft and delicate, easy to contemplate on the long, persistent, and delicious finish. This wine is delicious with grilled meats and flavorful pastas. Aged cheese is also a great pairing Vintage: 94 points Wine Enthusiast The small farm of Mr. Giusti and Mr. Zanza lies in the northwest of Toscana, not far from the sea and a short drive from historic Pisa. The vineyards are situated on gentle sunny slopes with ample sea breezes. The soil is an ideal mix of sandy gravel and limestone clay, with excellent drainage. It's just north of the famous Bolgheri super-tuscan growing area and the practices, terroir, and ideal grapes are very similar. The area is regarded similar to Bordeaux and so it has become known as a premier spot for Bordeaux style wine. In Donizettis opera "L'elisir d'amore (The Elixir of Love)," the magic elixir is actually a Bordeaux style wine. For this reason, I Giusti e Zanza has named their wines for characters in the opera. Classic varietals such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah are planted densely, as done in France. In this method each vine will produce fewer clusters and therefore each cluster of grapes will soak up more nutrients, ripen more fully, and reach their full potential. At present we cultivate 17 hectares, mainly producing red grapes. The density of plantation varies, for the different grapes cultivated, from 9,000 to 10,500 vines per hectare, the age of the vines ranges from 10 years for the youngest plants to 40 years for the oldest. Grape production is at its most 8,000kilos per hectare with low plant yield that guarantees the perfect ripeness of grapes. The Agricultural Conduction is organic and we work only with organic and biodynamic compounds in the vineyards. The variety of vines we cultivate are mainly Sangiovese, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Alicante; and small quantities of white grapes such as Semillon and Trebbiano Toscano. The Old Vineyards, like the new ones, are harvested by hand to make a first selection of grapes directly in the vineyard. The élevage of our wines is made in 300lt (medium toasted) French tonneaux for different periods of time depending on the varieties and on the vintage. The wines are bottled after a light filtering with no stabilization so that some sediment, at the bottom of the bottle, is proof of a natural product.
