4 In 2003 Armenian Gevorg Avetisjan founded the company MARLENKA international Ltd. in Frýdek-Místek, where he launched the production of MARLENKA honey cakes using his original family recipe. At first, the company had 1 employee but, thanpcs to the escalating demand for its cakes, this number began to increase rapidly. As early as 2005, production commenced in a new facility, where 200 employees soon worked in non-stop production. Even with this growth, the supply of MARLENKA honey cakes was not sufficient to meet the demand, so in 2008, construction of a brand new facility measuring 4000m 2 started. The total investment amount exceeded 300M CZK making it one of the largest investments in the region. In Spring of 2009, the production of MARLENKA began in the new facility using a unique and an original production line that was specifically designed for the production of MARLENKA honey cakes. Thanpcs to this fundamental expansion of production capacity, they also began manufacturing other honey products using Old Armenian recipes. MARLENKA products are progressively expanding beyond the borders of the Czech Republic, and are currently exported to over 35 countries around the world. In May of 2013, immediately following the 10 th birthday of the MARLENKA brand, construction of another production facility measuring 3500m 2 started. The production has begun to use new automatized lines since December. The amount invested in this project will reach 230M CZK. Monthly, the factory produces over 130,000 MARLENKA cakes, 75,000 MARLENKA Nuggets, 50,000 small MARLENKA cakes, 15,000 Napoleonky and 2,000 pieces of Pachlava. This represents more than 6,5 tons of honey, 18 tons of flour, 18 tons of sugar, 1 ton of walnuts and a number of other ingredients. The basis of our company s success is our commitment to produce products of the highest quality for a discriminating customer. The quality of our products is ensured by our authentic recipe, our meticulous choice of ingredients, our careful processing, and our skillful packaging of the finished product. Our products are unique in regards to their best-before date, too, which is quite exceptional among confectionery products. We use no preservatives or artificial colouring. MARLENKA products are produced in accordance with the strictes international standards for foodstuff safety IFS and BRC. In producing this honey delight, only meticulously chosen, high.quality ingredients are used. The high quality of MARLENKA products was also recognized by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic, which gave them an endorsement of the highest national quality, the KLASA seal. Also, MARLENKA products received the award Česká chuťovka in recognition of their quality and uniqueness. 6 7 Production Certificates and Awards

20 Coffee MARLENKA Café is 100% Arabica, and made only from the finest coffee beans, grown in ideal climatic and geographic conditions in Brazil and Guatemala. Thanpcs to the weather, altitude, soil type and soil richness Arabica beans contain more of the substances that make coffee so complexly flavourful. Gourmet coffees are almost exclusively made from high - quality, mild varieties of Arabica beans. If you enjoy our honey cakes MARLENKA, you will love our new Arabica coffee MARLENKA Café. 300 years ago an Armenian Deodat arrived in Prague and founded the first Armenian coffee lounge, which is even mentioned in Rieger encyclopedia (1862, 2nd edition): Prague's first café keeper, born in Damascus, to parents of Armenian - Christian faith, initially walked the streets of Prague clad in Arabian, i.e. Turkish, vesture, holding a plank with a mug of boiled coffee on his head and carrying a pan with hot coal in the right hand and a box containing several buttons and some fine-grained sugar in the left hand. He was so good at selling, that he soon earned a burgess-ship and rented a spacious shop in the Old Town. He converted the said shop into Prague's first bona-fide café, at the corner of Liliová and Jesuitská streets, at No. 181 (called "u Kornovů ", or "The Golden Snake's")".. Continuing in our tradition, we now introduce our new coffee MARLENKA CAFÉ. Ingredients: 100% ARABICA (Brazil & Guatemala coffee) min.
