This is the simplest banquet style of service, however guests are not offered a choice of main course. Serving-style 2 (Pre-ordered) a guest list is prepared in advance with pre-selection of the client s choices for every course. Guests with severe immune or analyphaltic reactions to foods including Coeliac and nut allergies are encouraged to communicate their needs directly with the Executive Chef before their arrival on-island.
