We know that your wedding is one of the most important days of your life. We pride ourselves on ensuring that your day will be one you ll remember forever. The Charlecote Pheasant Hotel is a charming hotel nestled in a small hamlet alongside the stunning Charlecote Park. The Hotel is an attractive rural retreat set in beautiful gardens which is the ideal venue for your special day and perfect setting for your treasured photographs. The hamlet of Charlecote is 4 miles from Stratford-upon-Avon town centre and is easily located a few minutes drive from the M40. Our dedicated team are here to look after you, and we are highly experienced in ensuring the day will run as smoothly as possible, for you and your guests. We would be delighted to talk to you about ideas and share some new ones with you to turn a great day into an unforgettable one.

2 WEDDING VENUE The Hampton Suite Our beautiful Hampton Suite, originally the old hayloft dating back to the 16th century is situated within the hotel grounds and is completely self-contained including reception lounge, private outdoor seating areas, function room and distinctive bar. Our recent refurbishment in simple greys and beiges shows off many of the original features including exposed brickwork and beams. The suite is licenced for civil ceremonies for up to 180 guests, so you can take your vows at the hotel if you wish. Alternatively located opposite the hotel is St Leonard s church and we are happy for your wedding guests to use our car park prior to your church service. Mingle with your guests in our courtyard and gardens during your drink and canapé reception, while the hotel staff set the room for your wedding breakfast, just as you have planned it. Your wedding breakfast will feature the menu and drinks that you have carefully selected from our extensive selection. We know that your wedding day is the realisation of your dreams, so let us offer you a variety of flexible wedding packages or tailor-make your day so it is as individual as you are. We can accommodate up to 180 guests for your civil ceremony, up to 120 for your wedding breakfast and 190 for an informal evening reception. If you are having a Civil Ceremony in our Hampton Suite then a room hire fee is applicable of depending on the day of the week and year. If you choose a bespoke package for your wedding day then an additional room hire fee will be applicable. Please contact our Wedding co-ordinator who will be delighted to provide a personalised proposal to you. To arrange a Civil Ceremony you will need to check availability with the hotel and the Registrar s Office on Please speak to them prior to confirming your wedding with us. The Registrars fees are separate and payable directly to them.

Our premier bedrooms are truly special with luxurious king size or twin beds, comfortable seating area and ensuite facilities. These large rooms are all located in the original farmhouse and executive block, for that true sense of luxury. Most premier rooms also have a sofa bed so can be used as family rooms, if requested. With all the excitement of the day behind you, it s time for you both to relax in our bridal suite, located in our farmhouse building. Featuring a giant four poster bed, spacious seating area, flat screen television and coffee machine. Relax and unwind in twin baths while reflecting on the great memories of your wedding day. Superior Bedroom Our superior bedrooms all have luxurious beds and are located in various locations around the property with upgraded furnishings. To make the most of your wedding celebration, your guests can enjoy special accommodation rates with a choice of standard, superior and premier bedrooms. All of our bedrooms are ensuite and have tea/coffee making facilities, flat screen televisions, hairdryers, iron and ironing boards. Standard Bedroom Our standard bedrooms are the perfect choice if you are looking for simple crisp comfort. They are mostly located in the main accommodation building at the hotel.
