2 FOOD BEVERAGE GUARANTEE TAXES AND SERVICE CHARGES COAT CHECK The enclosed menus are an example of what our Culinary Team can create. If you have a specific menu in mind, the Chef and your Catering Manager will be happy to meet with you to design a customized menu for your event. Menus should ideally be finalized 2 weeks in advance of your function. No Food or Beverage of any kind can be brought into the Hotel by the Patron without written consent of the Hotel and will be subject to service and/or labour charges deemed necessary by the Hotel. Alcoholic Beverages will be served in accordance with the Liquor License Act of Ontario. Hours of Alcoholic beverage service are 11:00am 1:00am Monday to Sunday. No Alcohol is permitted to be brought into any function room from any outside sources which includes donated liquor. A final attendance figure must be specified by 12 noon 3 business days prior to any catered function. This figure will be considered a guarantee and not subject to reduction. We will however, set up and prepare for 5% above the guaranteed figure. All food and beverage prices are subject to 16% service charge and 2% administration fee. Meeting room rental are subject to an 18% administrative fee. 13% HST is charged on meeting room rental, food, beverage, administration fee and service charge. Arrangements for a coat check attendant can be made. Charges will be based on the guaranteed number of guests. Labour charges may apply depending on the number of coats checked. Alternately, coat racks are available at a rental of $25.00 per rack. LABOUR CHARGES HOST BAR: If the consumption is less than $350 net sales a $75 labour charge per bartender and an additional $50 Gratuity will apply. CASH BAR: If the consumption is less that $350 net sales a $75 labour charge per bartender an additional $50 per cashier and a $50 Gratuity will apply. PARKING Valet Parking: Self Parking: $39.00 Plus tax for 24 hours / unlimited in and out privileges $13.00 Plus tax for Daily Maximum (7:00 am - 6:00 pm) $ 6.00 Plus tax for Nightly Maximum (6:00 pm - 7:00 am) Should you wish to cover the cost of valet or self park, please talk with your Catering Manager in advance in order for arrangements to be made.

3 SOCAN RE:SOUND SOCAN (the Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada) is the Canadian copyright collective that administers the performing rights of more than 100,000 composer, author and music publisher members by licensing the use of their music in Canada. We collect license fees on their behalf and distribute royalties to them. The Hotel will make arrangements for this license on the clients behalf and will be charged to the Master Account. DANCING: A charge of $59.17 will apply NO DANCING: A charge of $29.56 will apply Re:Sound is a company which collects and distributes royalties for artists and record companies for the public use of their music in Canada.
