7 COMPANY DETAILS Purantara In-flight Catering Solutions (Purantara) trading under the name of PT Purantara Mitra Angkasa Dua, is the latest additional facility of In-flight Kitchen with International standard of Food Safety and Hygiene at Jakarta International Airport Soekarno-Hatta, Indonesia. Food safety is of paramount importance at Purantara in-flight catering. To ensure that the highest international standard of Food Safety is applied, Purantara has committed to consistency implement the ISO-9001 and HACCP Quality System and is certified by the SAI Global Australia; Purantara is an active member of ITCA since 2004." To strengthen the control of safe and quality food based on Islamic Laws, Purantara in-flight catering is certified with the Halal Certificate by The National Ulama Council of Indonesia. This certification is subject to be renewed every 2 years. Total land available : sqm. Total building : sqm (After expansion completed July 2015). Distance to apron : Approx 500 meters (4minutes). Facilities : Hot kitchen, cold kitchen, pastry, bakery, dishing area, ESU area, TSU area, laundry, in-house laboratory, dishwashing area, dry store, walk-in freezers, walk-in chillers, bonded zone, tax-free zone. (entire land and building with 24 hours customs officers standby on site). Current Production : - Lounge 1.500, meals/day. - Inflight meals, meals/day. Max production capacity : meals/day (After expansion). Hi-lift trucks : 12 units, refrigeration fitted with standard temperature of 2 C.
