8 Guest Count Final event details are due 10 days prior to the event. Should the client fail to notify Events by Linzy of the final event details and guest counts within the allotted timeframe, we will assume the estimated details and guest counts, as stated on the event orders are correct and valid and shall provide for as such. Some changes may require substitutions of certain items and may incur additional charges and fees. We will make every effort to accommodate all changes to the best of our ability. Additional Options Custom-designed menus are available upon request. Fees may vary. Service Options The per hourly fee for the service staff are as follows: Servers-$22.95/ Station Chefs-$27.95/ Bartenders-$25.95 Rental Options Specialty Items-A full line of specialty décor, props, linens, overlays, china, flatware and glassware are available. Please contact our office for details. Deposit & Cancellation Policy Booking Policy: A $500 Booking Deposit, along with the Signed Event Agreement, must be received before your event will be considered Booked and the event date reserved. An initial deposit equal to 50% of the total estimated balance for the event is required 14 days after signing the Event Agreement. The third deposit equal to 75% of the total estimated balance for the event is required to be received 2 months prior to the event date. The final balance equal to 100% of the remaining balance for the event is required 10 days prior to the event date. Please note that if your signed Event Agreement is received less than 2 months, but not less than 10 days prior to the event, 50% of the total estimated balance is required at the time of submitting your Event Agreement. In addition, if your Event Agreement is received 10 days or less from your event date, 100% of the total estimated balance is required at the time of submitting the signed Event Agreement. 8

9 Cancellation Client shall forfeit their $500 Booking Deposit paid to Events by Linzy in the event of any cancellation. Depending on the conditions of the cancellation, the following additional fees will also apply: A written cancellation notice must be received via , fax or first class mail within 4 months from the scheduled event date and is the responsibility of the client to confirm notice has been received by Events by Linzy. In this case, an amount equal to 25% of the estimated event total shall be charged to the client in the form of a Cancellation Fee and shall be remitted to Events by Linzy within 10 days of cancellation. 9
