2 Virtual Reality and Photo Booth events are an additional $5.00 per experience per person. At this time, we are not intending to include this in the offering. T-shirts Each student will receive an Anchor Bay Alumni t-shirt. Mrs. Serra will get the shirt size when she calls the students down to discuss the rules / expected behavior for the SANP. Anchor Bay Alumni t-shirt (approx. cost) $5.00 $1, We will also look to have adult volunteers in brightly colored t-shirts so the students can easily identify them. 3 Fundraising The estimated budget for the event is $20,000. The Ticket Sale should bring in ($60 x 200) or $12,000 The Craft Show netted about $6,000 (about $1,500 more than last year) We still need to raise $2,000 plus the raffle items which can either be through donations or via more raised funds and then purchasing the prizes for the raffle. Future Fundraising: Donna Razzak created a Chipotle Restaurant Fundraiser Night on March 12, 2019 from 4-8 PM. 33% of Profit donated to Class of 2019 SANP must bring flyer. Donna Razzak coordinating B*tchy Bingo (Drag Queen Bingo). Cost for Bingo callers is $900 ($450 deposit due to reserve date) for event; includes 3 games and entertainment. Seats are sold for $30 each. We could optionally also have 50/50 raffle and basket raffles. Kristyn Thomas is looking to get tables and chairs donated for the event.
