3 Private Room Hire In the heart of this grade II listed building (a former arts college) lies a rather special place. A private room we ve called The Den. We can cater for: Meetings Networking events Company training days Birthday parties Hen parties Family celebrations Community group meetings Dance classes Fayres and exhibitions Wedding receptions All sorts! We re Cosy, stylish and a touch more adventurous than a stuffy hotel room. No room hire fee We don t impose a charge to use The Den, but you may be required to meet a minimum spend.
