1 JCPENNEY CLUB (Founder s Only Area) Overlooking the field from the second level behind home plate, the JCPenney CLUB is your home for upscale buffet dining. Complimentary beer, wine and Dr Pepper products are also available. - The JCPenney CLUB hosts three seatings for which reservations are required. Open seating is 90 minutes after first pitch. - Seating times will vary according to game time. - You can make reservations for the JCPenney CLUB 7 days in advance beginning at 9:00 a.m. of each game. - Reservations often max out for the JCPenney CLUB, but you can still enjoy its amenities by sitting at the bar or either of the two balconies (first come, first serve). Also, remember your Founder s Membership benefits are extended to the InTouch Grille, Founder s Express and Skinny IT Tech Tavern (Friday, Saturday and Sunday only). Policies/Procedures: - Reservations for JCPenney CLUB do not guarantee you entrance to Dr Pepper Ballpark. Founder s Members must have valid tickets for the game before he or she can make JCPenney reservations. - Founder s members are allowed to make reservations for only one reserved seating time each game. In the event that a single account makes multiple reservations, the earliest scheduled reservation will be honored and the later reservations will be forfeited and made available for other Founder s members. - Reservations for the JCPenney CLUB are maxed out at a one to one ratio of valid Founder s Membership tickets to JCPenney CLUB seats. 6 Founders tickets = 6 JCPenney seats. - Reservations for all scheduled seatings will be forfeited 15 minutes after the scheduled seating has begun. - Tables will be assigned for the second and third seating prior to gates opening for each game. Founder s Members will be directed to their assigned table upon checking in at the JCPenney CLUB host stand during their reserved seating time. Remember, you must have a valid Founder s Membership ticket for access into the JCPenney Club. If you need assistance, please contact your account representative.
